Very professional and very friendly. We were pleased with the work completed.

The technicians arrived well prepared and explained all that work that was going to be performed. They took their time and installed a new toilet without any complications. We got home late from class and work and called Rotorooter. They got a technician (Paul #507) out here really fast and he gave us an awesome discount. He also gave us some tips on preventive maintenance and provided an excellent product to assist with keeping the drains clean to avoid costly repairs. Paul was very professional and personable. Having a plumber come to your home is often not a very pleasant experience, because you already know it is probably going to be expensive. We were especially tired after a long day, but even though I'm sure Paul had also had a long day, he really went above and beyond the call of duty. We were very impressed and happy with his work.
