Candidly, I'm not in the habit of writing reviews for plumbing companies, but these guys really deserve recognition for going above and beyond. Empathy seems to be in short supply these days, and I would not typically look for it in a service provider, but Chambliss earned my respect and gratitude for getting the work done, going beyond what was required, and calming my wife who was having a really bad day. Thank you.

Owner came out and found a leak 2 other plumbers failed to find. It took all day of digging and shoveling before the leak was detected. Mr Rooter was determined to find and fix the leak. Never gave up and stayed late to finish.We will only use Mr Rooter form this point forward. Thank you for saving us money and water.

Jonathan arrived early, explained everything he was doing and why, and was very professional and courteous. He fixed my immediate problem, which was a leaking pipe. He gave me options for future items that need to be taken care of, and explained all options, costs, and resources. He did an excellent job, and make me feel that things were being taken care of, and that he has my best interest at heart. I will certainly do business with them again.

The 2 men they sent were very nice and professional. The prices are reasonable and i was very satisfied with how quick they fixed the problem and didnt try to rip me off.

I own a few rental properties in the San Antonio area. I don't have to think twice about who to call when it comes to plumbing because I know that when I call Mai Vu, it'll get done quickly for a fair price, and most importantly, done right the first time.Most recently, I had rental house whose sewer line had backed up and was not draining. A quick inspection found there were nearly 8 feet worth tree roots in the line... and we need to dig a 3x10x6 foot trench (that's 3 feet wide, 10 feet long, and 6 feet deep) in order to access the line. My stomach dropped. These are scary words that no homeowner wants to hear.Calmly and professionally, Don't worry Mr. Thomas, we can take care of this for you!And they did - About 2 days worth of work, and for a price that was extremely reasonable, we were back up and running.

Tito came out this Monday morning to fix my shower cartridge and did a great job. He was better than on time, he was early and got right to work. He knew what the issue was and got it done in a timely manner. Tito also provided education and information on the type of plumbing issues my house has and what I can do to help or fix the situation. 5 stars ⭐️

I initially called last night and it went to a voicemail but I did not leave a message. I received a call back so I was pleasantly surprised. I got service the next morning! My disposal got replaced by a guy I found on thumbtack... HUGE MISTAKE! I had water all over the place and I called him but he never called me back. I'm telling you all from experience... do NOT use this app to hire individuals that are not licensed or insured! Thanks to Anchor Plumbing, not only did they correct the issue I had, but they also connected the dishwasher tube that was never connected by that guy. Thank God I didn't use the dishwasher! Brandon and Mason were knowledgeable, professional, patient, and friendly. They took the time to answer all my questions. I even purchased a new water softener which needed to be replaced. Thank you Anchor Plumbing, Brandon, and Mason!!!! Y'all are amazing and I will not only be calling y'all for future use, but also recommending y'all to anyone that needs any kind of plumbing services!

Aaron at Mai Vu did great work. Very professional, obviously very experienced. Tidy. Protected surroundings. Friendly. Arrived on time. Foresaw issues and addressed them. Very pleased.

The Texas Plumbing was not performed because it was on the Sprinkler side of the yard. The repairman was very honest and he turned off the sprinkler system at the curb. I will now call the Sprinkler Company for the Texas Plumbing.

We Contacted Jerry's during the worst of the Great Blackout/Snowstorm of 2021 for help with a busted pipe- like every other homeowner in SA this week. Jerry has been incredibly polite, professional, helpful, transparent and even followed up to check on us a day after we contacted him! We haven't even been able to have him service our home-cause it's still snowing- but I'm posting this review anyways because of how comfortable he has made us feel at a time when I'm certain he is NOT hurting for work.
