Best House Inspection in San Antonio TX

Had a leak between the city meter and my house. Water was going into the street. They fixed the leak and brought the connection up to code. Showed up on time ready to go to work.

These guys are my go-to plumbers. Always a good job.

This is the only company after calling over a dozen that responded to my after hours request for sewer back up at my complex. The guy was professional and kept in contact with me until his technician showed up on site. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend and will be using again.

We have used Anchor twice. Scheduling is great! Brandon and Adam worked great together fixing a broken sewer line. They were very polite and most of all very professional. Another time Brandon fixed our clogged bathroom drain and broken drain line under our home. Him and Alex worked very well together, and again very professional, courteous, and efficient! This review is about the customer service only. I cannot attest to their work.Called company on Friday morning to see if they can assist me with plumbing needs. Representative said they had everyone out on a call and asked if this was an emergency. I said no, he can schedule me in as I wasnt expected to be immediately taken care of at the last minute. Rep told me to texted him my info and he would contact me back after conferring with his schedule. Told him that would be fine. So I texted him my name and address. Friday went by without contact. I waited until now Monday evening around 8pm without a call. Apparently this business is so busy to bother with new customers or to even provide a courtesy call regarding the delay. I wouldn't do business with this company now even if they called. This was a complete waste of my time. I was looking for a reputable company and boy was I no where near getting close. I wouldn't trust anything these guys say now. I knew I should have just called a well-known company with whom actually wants my business.

just got a washer/dryer installed and was told my bibbs were leaking and needed replacing. got on the google and did a search for closest plumber. showed up same day a few hours later and was excellent service. super nice guys; very professional, quick, courteous and knowledgeable. i have no idea what a normal or good rate is for plumbers, so can't really speak to that, but i'm super happy with everything. will definitely go back to them if i need a plumber.

When our AC stopped working, we received quick call back from Airco Mechanical. The Service Professional (Joshua Guajardo) who responded the next day was extremely helpful, taking the time to answer many questions, as well as thoroughly explain all of our repair/replacement options. He even answered questions unrelated to the issue at hand, and his expertise and knowledge were very helpful. He didn’t rush the visit and spent extended time explaining, which was also much appreciated. This is the third time we have used the services of Airco Mechanical, and we would recommend them to others.Addendum to original review: We just had a new AC system installed by Airco Mechanical a few days later. The two Technicians were very efficient, conscientious, and cleaned up well after. We were happy with the work and like the new system so far
