Jonathan helped me to understand the different options available for repairing the busted pipe. He was very patient, professional, and knowledgeable about the situation. The job was completed swiftly and without hesitation. The water is on again with no problems. I look forward to possibly working with Premiere Plumbing Services in 2023 now that I know they also remodel showers!

Had a nasty clog in the kitchen sink that was even more stubborn than I am. After wrestling with it for a few hours I made the call. Very fast and very professional service. Would definitely recommend if you are having issues fixing the problem yourself.

My toilet was leaking, causing water damage to the ceiling on the first floor of my home. Roto-Rooter had a plumber and water mitigation crew at my home within the hour. The plumber (Jeff Meares) did a great job and communicated very well on what was going on with my plumbing. The water mitigation crew (Travis and Diamond) also did great and were as minimally invasive as possible. I'm very pleased with my experience. Mike helped a lot to get me through the insurance and to explain exactly what was going on.

This was our first service with Goettl and first, I appreciated the calls beforehand to let me know the rep was on the way. Then, when Darean showed up, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He took time to explain what he was doing and how things worked. It was apparent that he cares about the quality of his work. Definitely pleased with the company so far.
