Big City Plumbing came out and found a broken water line between the city meter and my house. They systematically eliminated parts of the system being the cause and dug outside to locate where the line came into the house. They found it where we did not suspected it would be. We haven't repaired the leak yet but they were very courteous and did what needed to be done to find the problem. They kept us apprised of the cost and sent an estimate to complete the repairs promptly. Yes, we highly recommend them and would use them again.

My parents are getting up there in years and their home needed an entire unit. Since their home is one of those older Ray Ellison homes, this required all new duct work also. The staff at Guarantee Plumbing made my parents so comfortable. They got them a great system that was efficient and would help out on their monthly electric bills. They did an amazing amount of work in a week's time. One of my mom's complaints was that it was always to hot in their back bedroom. We had to call the guys out a few days later to balance it out because she was getting cold in her room in the middle of the day. For my mom, that was heaven!

We had a mysterious loss of all water pressure at my 93-yr. old father-in-law's house. SAWS reported that their meter was good, so the problem was on his side of the system, and most likely the pressure reducing valve. Had another plumber replace the valve, but still no water. So, I called Bryco based on great previous experiences with them.Johnny and Billy arrived on-time and began to diagnose the problem. Confirmed that new valve was good, but the manifold in the garage was clogged. Ultimately, they plumbed the inlet line so a water hose could be connected to purge the line in reverse of the normal flow. This cleared the obstruction. They then put everything back to normal, fully tested all faucets, and adjusted the pressure. These guys are great! Very knowledgeable, conscientious and personable. We will definitely call them for any plumbing needs! Thanks, Bryco, for sending Johnny & Billy.Jeff Turner

This company does temporary fixes. Just got home from work coming home to busted irrigation pipe they temporarily fixed it “obviously “ they charged me $5 for the part and $325 in labor. That’s because I had already exposed the pipe and drained the water out of the hole myself by the time their plumber got there. But because it’s been passed their 30 day warranty they can’t come out to fix the problem unless I pay more money. It’s very disappointing when I got my little ones at home who need to take their showers before bed ready for school tomorrow. I recommend not making your last call to this last call company.
