I was disappointed with the communication between the salesman and me. I had to call him to ascertain that the day we had scheduled for the work to begin was still as planned. He came by the day the technicians were finishing to check on things. I asked about financing and he said I should have mentioned that 2 days earlier. I was not made to feel that my business was important. On the other hand, Jason, the technician who installed the equipment, was extremely informative. He told me what to expect and his crew did a very good job-polite, neat, knowledgeable.

Chris was awesome. He did not hesitate to find the problem, detected the issue and resolved the problem all within 45 minutes. His work is professional and very knowledgeable in pipe fitting and all kinds of pipes. Thank you Will Fix it.
