Best Broken Water Lines in San Antonio TX

I’ve had low water pressure for a few weeks now and have been putting it off for fear of the expense really. Well I went on google and found these guys, I went through their reviews and website which was professionally organized. I decided to give them a call. They came to my house within 24 hours and remained in contact with me. Quick response! Once they got here it was determined it was a pressure vale replacement / issue - they quickly diagnosed the issue and started working on it- within less than 2 hours - my issue was resolved. I thought this would cost me thousands but price was very reasonable. Good Price l, great quality job. I’m completely satisfied and will be contacting American Auger Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs! Thank you!

Had my spring AC unit inspection completed by Joe Gomez. Although new to the company, he was thorough and professional. Joe even gave me a lesson on air filters. Ruben was my technician who arrived today to install a part (motor) that was ordered 6 weeks ago. Once installed my system was running better and much more quietly. I must commend Ruben as he always walks me through what services he renders and asks if I have any questions. Excellent customer service. Thank you.1/26/23Today I had the pleasure of replacing the water heater. David D Sanchez and Tim (sorry, I didn’t ask his last name) arrived promptly and began to troubleshoot to ensure I truly needed a replacement or something else. As luck would have it, a replacement was needed and both David and Tim worked diligently to remove the old one and install the new one, along with the necessary code updates. After installation, they checked all the faucets and discovered a blockage which they cleared. Then David walked me through my new appliance - drawing my attention to the new items to include showing me how to flush it. They were professional throughout and although it took a bit longer than expected, neither David nor Tim rushed through the job. And for that I am most grateful. Once again, great job!!

The commercial on TV says $80 Any cleaning but we ended up paying close to $400 for under an hour of work total because it was behind the p trap.Then was very uncomfortable when asked to leave a Google review right there in front of the technician.I would not recommend.Yes problem was solved but....

Eric K. did a fantastic job and was extremely courteous, prompt, and professional. He took the time to explain how to adjust the temperature if necessary on my new water heater and answer all of my questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him or this company again.
