The service techs came by promptly and reinstalled three toilets. They left the work areas clean and everything works great. They’re very professional and courteous. I’m very pleased with their service.

These guys were great! I put a water shut off on and then the water company upgraded the pressure and if the blew off. You want to talk about a mess! They charged me $38 for the service call but then waived it and I ended up paying $120 with a 1 year warrantee. Very nice kid told us what needed done and did it with a smile and great workmanship. I would recommend them to anyone.

Nick D. Plumber #2364 did the best job ever! He was very friendly and professional and made sure the issue was done correctly, very professional! As for Roto-Rooter as a company, they are fantastic! The first woman I talked to was friendly and took her time to take notes and confirm the issue. She then told me someone would call within an hour to schedule an appointment. The next woman I talked to was also very professional and she called me with in 30 minutes!! They were able to get a plumber out to me within an hour and the issue was complete within an hour and a half.
