This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

Mike is my go to guy for all my needs around the house. He is wonderful at taking my projects to the next (and finished) level. I am so appreciative of his ability to translate my needs into reality. Today he came over, did a quick assessment, made a game plan and was back with all the materials needed to complete the job. He is quick and efficient and his work always exceeds my expectations. Above all he is kind and a pleasure to work with.

I was out of town and my wife called in a panic with an overflowing toilet. Even after talking her through shutting off water to the toilet and then shutting off the main water supply the leak continued. She called McGills and literally had a tech on the roof running a snake down the drain in 10 minutes, on a Saturday! Priceless! Well done!

The plumber was knowledgeable and did a good job. Prices were the normal Pinellas County mark up. $700 to repair a pipe and $600 to install a dishwasher. The pipe repair took about an hour and I declined the dishwasher install. So about $700/hr, which is going rate around here i guess.

Colby and Josh came out to do our water-heater tank installation, they were very professional, polite and knowledgeable in their craft. The whole process from the beginning speaking with Dale to get a quote and getting the install done went smooth with no problems, they answered all our questions up-front. I have had the good fortune to have found Miracle Plumbing five years ago. Since then, I have had several issues that Cesar has resolved. He is prompt, considerate, honest, and clean when/where he works. I would never consider using anyone else for any plumbing work.
