I have never ever had such a rude salesperson. I am In my late 60’s. I went there to purchase a few shower drain parts. The sales person told me that I was no plumber and that he would not help me resolve my minor problem. He told me that they are plumbers and they do that kind of work. Their website and advertising state that they sell plumbing supplies, I think they sell service and give away free rudeness. I went to Lowe’s and there I found sales people that were knowledgeable and polite. Three years ago I remodeled our kitchen purchasing high end products from McGills you can bet that I will never darken their doors again.

Had an emergency late on a Saturday afternoon and Jacob came to my rescue within an hour. He patched me up for the weekend and came back Monday to finish the repair. Communicative, clean and tidy and on-time! I would definitely recommend Scotto's - and Jacob!
