UPDATED REVIEW 8/11/2021 took a couple of trips, but problem got solved. The problem with the AC was difficult to diagnose, and wound up being a bad T-stat. Took a couple of trips and some time to run down that the part was under warranty. Glad they took the time as I didn't have to pay for a new T-stat. and saved me a couple of hundred $

Justin worked very hard to locate the problem with our water lines. He got the pipes draining more efficiently and scheduled another technician to come by with a camera to determine if we have a leak. He was very thorough.

The service rep was KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY, POLITE AND HELPFUL. my issue was plumbing related but I couldn't wait 2 weeks for a toilet installed.
