The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Called Everyday Plummer to my residence to extract a cartridge out of a shower that I couldn't remove. They charged me 275.00 for labor alone and we're in and out in 30 minutes. I supplied the $35 cartridge too, had I not I was quoted $350. Insane prices and would assume they don't get much repeat business, they won't from me. Should have kicked him out of my house but was pressed for time with work so paid the outrageous price. AVOID THIS COMPANY unless you don't mind them charging you 3X more. I hope they come to my business someday so I can do the same!

I was highly impressed with the entire staff. Starting with Donya in the office scheduling the appointment and getting all the proper information. To the gentleman who came out to assess the damage were very nice and well educated in the field. Very professional and the owner gave us opinions when we were feeling hopeless. Great company & staff I feel blessed to know the job is in good hands and affordable.

Chris did a great job and was very informative of what he was doing. Chris was clear on what the cost was and his professional opinion on my particular situation. Clogged main drain. I would call again for my drain issues.

While vacationing at my daughter's and son-in-law's in Clearwater, we had an emergency because of a broken outdoor faucet in the outside wall. David, the plumber with Friends was terrific. He not only took care of it quickly, but added some humor along the way making me feel much better about it, although it had flooded several rooms. Keep Dave, he's terrific!! We’ve owned our home for 20 years and have had no plumbing issues. So when we discovered a clog in our system it was distressing.They came within two hours of being called. Technician Keli was professional and responsive. After reviewing the issues, everything was resolved in five minutes from outside the home. He also gave us advice for maintenance to reassure us.
