He was professional knowledgeable and knew exactly the problem when he walked in and went right to work to fix it. It was a huge job. I want to thank him for checking everything and left nothing unturned. Happy I choose this company and will choose Austin again

I was lucky to get Greg to come and help with my shower. It was a total disaster and not only needer repair but a complete overhaul. Greg was polite and professional, the cost was very acceptable and the time frame just perfect before my family decends upon us next week for Easter!!! Great experience!!

Steve and Ken were fantastic. They were on time, made sure the area was properly secured before digging, they worked VERY hard digging out the service line in 100 + heat, and ensured the yard and patio were in tip top shape after. Steve had some great advice for fixing some clanky pipes in our walls too.They were both friendly and professional. I felt confident with their work and would highly recommend.

Not only did they fix the leak but they took care of coordinating repair of my cabinets too. Where to start ... Wish I could give less than 1 star! First problem was that these guys set up TWO different 2-hour windows to meet and give me an estimate to install a new septic system in my Bradenton home. The first appointment was missed, nobody called and nobody showed up on a Friday. When I called Monday morning to find out what happened to Friday I was lied to. I was told that I was called and that a voicemail was left. I had NO missed calls and NO voicemails. When I asked what time the call was they couldn't tell me. When I asked when they could come back out they said Oh we have you rescheduled for 3-5 pm TODAY. I said it would have been nice for someone to let me know that before just rescheduling but I jumped through hoops to make their window work again. Guess what, at 5:30 I had not received a call again and nobody showed up again ... so I called. They told me their guy was still on his last job so I informed them that I was boarding a plane and gave them a second number to call when they were on the way. Same story this time except Neither number was called, again, and once again nobody showed up. I spent the next two days trying to get hold of a manager so they could at least be informed of the issues that they were having. I received 1 voicemail from someone named Caitlin. I called her back 30 minutes later, two hours later and the final time at the end of the day but she never called back nor returned my calls. I called the main number today and she answered. When I tried explaining what had happened she said Are you REALLY calling me just to tell me this? Not Kidding. This is one of their managers so it's no surprise that this is the attitude of their team, phone service and I can only imagine what the actual work would look like! Since they had such TERRIBLE customer service I went ahead and booked with a company who actually showed up on time. They answered my questions and they were professional. What a concept! You guys need to work on your phone skills, your professionalism and your overall attitudes. I just singed a contract with your competitor today for a $15,750 system. Guess your company doesn't need revenue.
