This review cannot accurately rate Mr. Rooter's Service Technician, Adam Schmidt. Adam deserves 6 out of 5 stars. Adam explained everything in detail of our plumbing damage so we could easily understand the extent of the repair. He is extremely thorough to the point of perfection. My recommendation is to request Adam for any plumbing job needed that Mr. Rooter offers. I can assure you that you will be extremely pleased with the results and professionalism Adam is skilled to accomplish and provides. John came out to replace our new kitchen faucet. He was very professional, polite and courteous. He explained what he was going to do and did it in a quick timely manner.

Nikki and crew were fantastic! They found the problem, fixed it, jetted the lines and built a new clean out in the yard and all during Tropical Storm ETA. They were courteous and always wore booties and masks inside my home. The price was actually below what I anticipated for all of the work they did. They are simply the BEST!!!
