I had to replace 4 rusted water valves. Called a few local plumbers who either charged way too much or didn’t bother to get back to me with an estimate. Ivan with Heavenly Plumbing was professional and responsive. Giving me an simple estimate from a few pics his tech showed up within a few days and did all the work within a few hours. I live in a mobile home park and Cornerstone is management's contracted plumber. Doug was the plumber that responded to my clogged sewer line. This was not first time I had a blockage. It was however first time the plumber really expained the problem, tree roots were blocking the sewer line. He corrected the problem with some real high tech products, a snake with a camera, found the root ball and could break it up with a tool on the end of the snake. He even showed me the video on his see snake machine. This problem developed around 9 AM, the plumber arrived before noon and all was fixed before 2 PM. Very professional, and I am very satisfied how quick this was resolved on a Friday knowing the weekend was almost here.

Mike was very professional and timely. His work was excellent quality and he went out of his way to make sure all my needs were met. I will definitely be using him again in the future.

Plumbing by Paul has helped me two times.
The first time I called, the washer at my guest cottage was backing up into the shower and my guests were complaining. Apollo Plumbing took pictures all the way down the drain line then told me Too Bad. There was nothing they could do. Apollo said the underground pipe out to the alley was not at the proper angle to empty. So then I called Plumbing by Paul. Plumbing by Paul took a look and said I needed to install an air vent behind the washer discharge pipe to prevent an airlock and allow the evacuation of water from the washer to the sewer in the alley. They installed the air vent. There has never been a backup again!

The second time I called Plumbing by Paul, I had a leak under my new bathroom sink. The Plumbing by Paul serviceman pointed out that the sink installer had failed to put a collar around the top of the pipe going down from the sink. He put a collar on the pipe and that fixed the leak. It was perfect. My charge: $94.00 and worth every penny. I am so happy.

Was told my pipes were collapsed would have to be replaced did not fix problem. Bob Frank Plumbing came out discovered the problem was some Roots fix problems and was very professional
