Best Backflow Installation in Saint Petersburg FL

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

I had a simple kitchen drain clog. I paid over $360 for this company to do nothing but run a snake through my kitchen pipe ( which I had already removed for them) the clog was back in about 1 week later. They came out a second time and ran the same snake through the same pipe(never going on the roof to run the snake) and 1 week later the clog became worst because what they did was cause a blockage with my washer which runs on the same drain. They never fixed my problem and I had to call another company who came out and fixed my problem from the roof. Everyday wanted me to pay an additional $250 to run a camera through my pipes But that would do nothing for the clog. I feel robbed and will not recommend this company to anyone.

Great service, was an emergency call out and only one bathroom. Had called another plumber that we used before and the technician didn't know how to unclog it. Called Flow Pros and he came out within a couple of hours and had it fixed in under 30 minutes. Definitely plan on using them again for all our plumbing needs.

Mr. Rooter is a great company. I called them on an emergency situation that could have caused several thousand dollars in water damage. Within the hour, a one of their service technicians named Kyle Helton was at my door. My plumbing issue was diagnosed and repaired in about 45 minutes of the service tech arriving at my house. I will definitely use Mr. Rooter in the future at my residence as well as my business. Kyle was very friendly and it was obvious that he was very well trained as a plumbing technician. Thanks Mr. Rooter!

With the pandemic and loss of work, it was so disheartening to have an unexpected plumbing issue. Junior and Carlos came in, assessed our drain, fixed it, and cleaned up. They were unbelievably helpful and kind to me and my children. I would recommend this company any day. Thank you both so much! I finally have a working drain!!

C Lacey Plumbing replaced a toilet flange that had been incorrectly installed and as a result broke. It was necessary to concrete around the flange before they could repair the broken pieces. Therefore, the work took place over multiple days. Cody, the technician, made sure the workspace was kept clean, showed up when scheduled, explained the process along the way and did a terrific job. A great overall experience, from a great service provider.

We’ve owned our home for 20 years and have had no plumbing issues. So when we discovered a clog in our system it was distressing.They came within two hours of being called. Technician Keli was professional and responsive. After reviewing the issues, everything was resolved in five minutes from outside the home. He also gave us advice for maintenance to reassure us. Definitely will keep them as a great contact.
