Very responsive to request to send an electrician to get estimate for installing and replacing motion sensor lights. Troy came on a Wednesday and after I accepted the estimate he was back the following Monday to do the job. Troy arrived ahead of the timeframe I was given and completed the job quickly. Troy was very pleasant, explained what he had done l, and did a great job of cleaning up the job site. This was my first encounter with Midway Services and I am very happy and highly recommend them.

We recently had a central air system go down in the middle of the summer heat. They responded right away and got us up and running. Highly recommend!

Installed unit incorrectly (a year ago) resulting in mold coming out of the duct work. Paid the deposit and was supposed to receive an email detailing all the work to be done - including photos of the dirty ducts - never received. New unit stopped working as it was installed backwards. Had to be reinstalled. Flew down from Vermont several times to my Mom's house in Florida for appointments that were no shows.Never cleaned the duct work as promised in the paperwork, NEVER had their work inspected. Had to pay for inspection out of pocket, did not pass, had to pay for the work to be completed, had to schedule another inspection appointment to get it to pass. Had been corresponding with someone in their main office in Wheeling, IL office who promised to adjust our bill. NEVER heard back, she went MIA. Called and emailed begging for the adjusted bill as the work promised in the proposal was not completed.Now 12 months later? Getting telephone terrorized with collections threatened - they NEVER answer the phone, we've called back a direct number from a Mr. Nowak 3x a day for the last 5 days to NO AVAIL.After a parent dies, no one should have to go through this on top of it. Buyer BEWARE and check with your county to see if their work was ever inspected!
