Do not use this plumber, you will spend you money for nothing. Did not fix the problem and took my money

Came to my house on 11/28/17 and fixed some issue with pipes and sink faucet cost $295.00. Could not get the parts for the faucet and asked me to order from Delta. Was told at that time the plumber would stop by when I got the parts and put them in. Returned today 12/12/17 and charged me another service call because he could not provide the part that time?? Glad that he stepped up and did the right thing.

I highly recommend Paradise Bay Plumbing. My hot water heater failed and started gushing water nonstop at 1 AM on a Sunday morning. The technician showed up at 1:30 AM and stopped the flooding and then returned and installed a new hot water heater on Sunday afternoon. Everyone was professional, responsive and personable and the product and service were fairly priced.

I called to request a quote to replace our hot water heater and not only was his pricing well below the competitors he was able to do it the same day with precision and excellence. As he was leaving he asked if I had anything else he could help with, just so happened I had a faucet that wasn't working properly. He took the additional 10 minutes and fixed it saving me the cost of a new one. Great job! Would recommend him to everyone.
