Best Whole Home Water Filtration System in Saint Paul MN

Had a garage furnace put in two years ago. Did not fire up this year, made a call and Rumpca has some one out very next morning and fixed the issue. Fast, Friendly, great service and stand behind their work.

Had Chuck as my technician, and couldn't have had better service. He was super friendly, informative, and honest about all of the work he was doing or that needed to be done. He showed me step by step what he was doing the entire time, and gave me a better understanding on how I can reduce my monthly utilities. I would recommend to anyone. Thanks Chuck!

Tyrone did a great job with my AC inspection! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He explained all the steps he was taking and was happy to answer any questions I had. At the end of the inspection, he sat down with me and went over each aspect of the inspection. Highly recommend!

Called for a boiler tune-up. Was quoted $189.00 agreed and the technician came. No tune up took place. Technician was a sales man with tools. After looking at the furnace, and diagnosing it as old, quoted me a price for a new unit and asked to the $189. Thanks for the sales call.

I had called several plumbing companies before I decided to hire Jake the Plumber. They were the first company not to treat me like I was a complete idiot. They were honest, compassionate and I didn't feel like they were trying to screw me. Timing for someone to come out was excellent! (same day). Stu Maxwell was sent. He was very friendly and easy going, made me laugh and helped educate me about my problem. He also fixed a leaky faucet for me at no extra charge. Jake the Plumber will be my go to plumber from now on!

Everyone I have worked with at Aquarius thus far has been great. Although my experience with the product itself has been horrible. I’ve had technicians at my home several times since having my water softener installed in late January. I’ve had everything installed from Aquarius and my water quality is still poor aside from the RO system. We have been dealing with the hard water feeling since day 1, strong chlorine smells in the water (we purchased the chlorine system to fix this), yellow stains in our toilets/bath tubs, and most recently high iron content in the water (they said this was the cause of the hard water feeling). Aquarius installed an iron filter for us a few days ago and since then we have had a black film cover our bathtub every night after giving our toddler a bath. Also, we had a huge blowout from the new system in our basement of black dust that covered almost our entire room.

I don’t know if we have just had bad luck, but our neighbors who utilized different companies for their softeners haven’t had any issues at all. As I said earlier my interactions with everyone at Aquarius has been awesome, but at this point regret my buying decision.

Metro Plumbing installed a new water softener for us. Jesse was professional, experienced and extremely knowledgeable. It was installed on time and the business was great to work with.

They hooked up a couple of appliances for my restaurant got me permit and did a great job but, most importantly, they are honest and fair to their customers. I had a couple of other quotes for way more expensive price and for no clear reason! Will definitely use them again if I have a project:)
