Best Water Treatment in Saint Paul MN

My kitchen sink clogged. I called two other plumbers and left a message. I waited hours but did not hear from them. (They called back a day later.) I called Rumpca and the phone was answered immediately. A plumber was at my door in less than 30 minutes. The clog was cleared in another 30 minutes. The plumber was professional and courteous. Now I know who to call in the future. Rumpca will be my first call.

We have used Rotorooter now three times. Every time they have done a fantastic job and have been reliable. I fully trust their work. Our last technician Brian was very thorough, explained the process and even shared preventative measures. Thank you!

I had a full system installed back in January and have been thoroughly enjoying my new furnace but the other day my thermostat went dark and my heat stopped working. After calling them on a Saturday they had Jake out within an hour and he did a thorough diagnostic and found the issue, a small nick in the low voltage wire. He repaired the problem and because it was an installation issue I didn’t have to pay for the diagnostic. They really stand behind their work! I was impressed at Jakes respect for my home, my time and my concerns. I’m glad I got my system from Servicetoday and Jake was so pleasant and professional.Just had an electrical inspection performed by Kiefer who was very thorough, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I was impressed with their honest care about the safety and reliability of my electrical system.

A team from McQuillan recently installed fan coil air conditioning in my 100-year-old home in Saint Paul. They were timely, professional, and the end result looks so wonderful! I am thrilled. I worked especially with Mike Krauth and he was responsive and helpful in every interaction.

I had noticed a miscellaneous leak coming from around my laundry tub for awhile. I finally decided it was about time to get it fixed. I called TJK Plumbing and they came out that same day! DJ and Kyle located the leak and also noticed a lot of corrosion on my 20+ year old laundry tub. After explaining everything they found, they fixed the leak and were also able to replace the laundry tub. About 2 weeks later I had another plumbing problem. I noticed orange stuff coming from my softener. I called TJK Plumbing again and they were able to get Brad out same day on the weekend. He saw right away that my softener had blown and was starting to leak resin. He was able to install a new one same day and made sure all my lines were clear. Everyone who I had out was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and clean. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing issues.

Jesse was very knowledgeable and personable. He came in and assessed my problem, set me up with specialists as a next step as well as doing everything he could to make my issue manageable. He was easy to get along with and someone I would highly recommend to anyone who has a similar situation suddenly appear.

I called Good guys because i heard a drip in my toilet that wouldn't stop, Mitch came over and recommended that I just get a new toilet. After Mitch installed it, it started leaking after 7 months from the base. I told him and they came over and he said that because it not leaking now in front of them that there is nothing they could do about it.

Eventually it happened again and I called a new plumber from another company to fix it, he had to do a pull and resent and also fixed the flanger. He was an old timer and when he saw the installation job, he said, what a bunch of hacks.

Paul did an EXCELLENT job! He came here expecting to do one repair, but ended up fixing/replacing other things that I let go for too long. He did advise of potential safety issues, which, ultimately, led to me having all the items fixed. I’m so pleased! I’m single and have to rely on, and trust, people like Paul. I feel safer and happier, already, and he just finished the work. I will only use Aquarius Home Services for all my home repair needs.

Kurt installed a water heater for me in my very small furnace room. He was fast efficient, very courteous and knowledgeable. He checked everything before he started making sure it would be done right. I’m very happy with the work he did.

Alto was referred to me by another customer. So I set up appointment, I'm gonna cut to the chase. I was charged $250 for the first 90 mins and $175 per hour after, and I was told it would be $2 per additional foot to run the snake beyond 100 feet. He ran the snake an additional 50 feet. I paid almost $800. I had to call another company out to actually clear out the wipes stuck in the drain. They charged $198 and actually unclogged the drain.
I spoke with the person that referred me to Alto, whose opinion I trust because he is knowledgeable, I explained to him what Rick did and what he charged me...he couldn't believe it and was not happy as that's not what Alto even charges for multi dwelling plumbing issues.
I'm told they get commission..I guess being a woman that doesn't know much about plumbing, Rick decided I would be his target that day.
The person that referred me is going to try and help me recoup some of the money back, he felt really bad, and has not had this type of experience(work or price) with Alto before, and knows who Rick is.
All it takes is 1 person/employee to give a business a bad reputation.
Due to the experience I had with Alto, I will not recommend this company, and I advised the person that referred me(even though he meant well) not to refer them.
