We have a private well and septic and they were able to work on it, which, if you don’t know, not all plumbers will work on wells and septic. Alan was very friendly and professional. They were super quick getting the job done and showing up on time. They also gave me a military discount which was greatly appreciate it. Overall just a really good experience and no more clogged drain so I feel like it was a win!

I am so thankful that my friend referred me to Ron the the Sewer Rat. My main line backed up and they were able to come immediately (and work with my schedule) to troubleshoot. The technician quickly figured out what the issue was and fully completed the work. The cost was also very, very affordable. I am pretty sure that I would have paid 40-50% more if I randomly selected a big-name plumber.

I had noticed a miscellaneous leak coming from around my laundry tub for awhile. I finally decided it was about time to get it fixed. I called TJK Plumbing and they came out that same day! DJ and Kyle located the leak and also noticed a lot of corrosion on my 20+ year old laundry tub. After explaining everything they found, they fixed the leak and were also able to replace the laundry tub. About 2 weeks later I had another plumbing problem. I noticed orange stuff coming from my softener. I called TJK Plumbing again and they were able to get Brad out same day on the weekend. He saw right away that my softener had blown and was starting to leak resin. He was able to install a new one same day and made sure all my lines were clear. Everyone who I had out was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and clean. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing issues.

Keith Nelson Plumbing is simply the best. DJ and Justin and their crew are so kind, knowledgeable, hardworking, extremely good at what they do, and always go the extra mile. I cannot say enough good things about them. They have installed new water valves for us, new outdoor spigots, and a new kitchen faucet. We are so happy that we can work with them. We had a VERY VERY bad experience in the past with a different plumbing company on 2 separate plumbing issues, so we were so grateful when a friend of mine referred us to Keith Nelson. My interaction comes from a Best Buy appliance purchase. Without going too far into historical events, the original contracted installer replaced my gas dryer fittings with used parts and kinked the gas line from main which caused a gas leak. Fast forward to today and through significant time dealing with Best Buy, XPO, and other plumbers we had Charlie and Jake out to my home. They were efficient in not only finding the leak in the connections but also find and fixed the leak caused by the original installer which wasn't found or diagnosed during several previous call backs.

Both Charlie and Jake took their time. Triple checked their work and when all was said and done, we were left with a feeling of safety and a feelings or relief that FINALLY we had professionals over that actually cared about their quality of work and attention. After originally purchasing the washer and dryer from Best Buy January of 2020, we can finally use the products purchased. Thank you to the Master Plumbing Services team and especially to Charlie and Jake. Kudos!

We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.

I called Good guys because i heard a drip in my toilet that wouldn't stop, Mitch came over and recommended that I just get a new toilet. After Mitch installed it, it started leaking after 7 months from the base. I told him and they came over and he said that because it not leaking now in front of them that there is nothing they could do about it.

Eventually it happened again and I called a new plumber from another company to fix it, he had to do a pull and resent and also fixed the flanger. He was an old timer and when he saw the installation job, he said, what a bunch of hacks.
