Charles was very knowledgeable and gave me great ideas to remodel my master bath. He also gave me signs of a problematic issues with my water heater (which was 15 years old) So we scheduled a date and it was delivered and installed in about an hour!! I have already recommended him to my family and friends!! Thank you Charles!!

I was very pleased. I've had some bad experiences with plumbers in the past, and I called Rascher on the advice of a friend who likes them. From my initial phone-call to the conclusion of their service visit, they were courteous, conscientious and professional. The cost was quite reasonable; and he went over my bill with me in detail. I feel I finally have someone now I can call when I need a plumber, without asking around or researching extensively to avoid a bad experience. I recommend them highly.

Updated November 2021: I contacted Rascher again; I had an emergency plus a couple long-neglected problems. As before, my initial phone contact was very positive, and the technician (this time, Jason) was prompt, professional, competent and engaging. The price was fair and the bill was itemized.

I continue to have complete confidence in Rascher as a resource for plumbing issues large or small.

Today 2 technicians came to my house and fixed the water pipe burst issue …They did very good jobs with their skills, knowledges and experiences . I was pleased with their performance , communication, and reliability.

6/20/22 I called MSP as my furnace/AC/thermostat all just stopped working and it was 89 degrees in my house. Ben took my call and he and another dispatcher were able to find someone (Jake) who was willing to come out after hours. Jake was polite, friendly and knowledgeable, was able to diagnose the problem, grab the part and got my AC working again. He was awesome and I will continue to call MSP for future needs!2017 - We called MSP today because our air conditioner wasn't working right. Kenny answered my call and was very pleasant to talk with, and he was prompt about scheduling our appointment. The technician Mitch arrived within the agreed time frame. He was friendly and polite (even though I'm sure he had already been working all day). I was so happy that he was able to diagnose the problem and get our system working again. Kenny and Mitch saved the day for us! Now I wont have to spend another night with awful sleep in a hot house. I will be recommending this company to our family and friends.4/19/16 Clint came out today to install our new furnace, he was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He made sure we understood how everything worked and answered all of my questions. 5 stars for sure!!

In need of a new water heater and called Mike Justen as recommended.
He answered and said he'd get to me soon. I told him there was no hurry but he came as promised the next day right on time. He quickly dismantled and removed the old heater and professionally installed the new quality appliance.

Fixed our broken pipe quickly. We started dinner while he worked and were able to dishes when we finished our meal. He was late because of traffic and even tossed in a discount. Would gladly do business with Jake again!

Nate was great at explaining how the K5 drinking water filtration system functioned. He worked with us as far as where the location of the tanks could go and showed us how to access everything. The way the system was installed allowed us to still have the storage underneath our sink for cleaning supplies and such. Nate was able to put the housing of the filters in our pantry and then connect it to the refrigerator. Nate was very kind and courteous, and made sure to clean up after he had to drill through the granite and drywall in order to access our refrigerator to tie the drinking system into the refrigerator. Can’t wait to have awesome water come through the fridge and ice machine!

They came out to do an estimate. Guys we're on time,did great job, and cleaned up after themselves! Helpful in answering any questions about their work. They roughed in a basement bathroom for me for a great price. No surprises when the bill came except the offer of a discount for promt payment. WOW

We hired AJ alberts to do all our plumbing for our new build and they were exceptional from the front end with Matt to the installation with Matt, Dan Colton and thatcher! Highly recommend them!

They hooked up a couple of appliances for my restaurant got me permit and did a great job but, most importantly, they are honest and fair to their customers. I had a couple of other quotes for way more expensive price and for no clear reason! Will definitely use them again if I have a project:)
