The service was excellent from the initial call to repairing my hvac. All involved were friendly and professional. My heat went out, and I called In the evening and was able to schedule service the next day. Hudson figured out the issue, explained it clearly and got it fixed quickly. I would not hesitate to call again for service again. I highly recommend this company.

I have been a customer for a few years now. I'm apart of the monthly Comfort Care plan. Just recently had Richard take care of a leaking sink. I believe they have fair prices and have not over sold me on services. I recommend trying them. Thank you Richard for you expertise!

I called Good guys because i heard a drip in my toilet that wouldn't stop, Mitch came over and recommended that I just get a new toilet. After Mitch installed it, it started leaking after 7 months from the base. I told him and they came over and he said that because it not leaking now in front of them that there is nothing they could do about it.

Eventually it happened again and I called a new plumber from another company to fix it, he had to do a pull and resent and also fixed the flanger. He was an old timer and when he saw the installation job, he said, what a bunch of hacks.

I had originally given Dan's Plumbing and Septic a 5 star review. But, after speaking with several other septic pumping companies I realized that Dan's people do shoddy work. The other companies told me that what I had done was incorrect and not up to standards. When I spoke with the owner regarding my concerns he became defensive and aggressive. The work was not done correctly. The owner offered to come back out but we were expected to pay for that visit. I am disappointed and will not be using Dan's Plumbing and Septic again.

Had boiler issue Valentino was very professional and helpful in diagnosing the primary and secondary issues with my boiler. Explained the process and resolution and other potential issues that may arise. He was quick to install the parts and get my boiler up and running again. On a scale of 1 to 10 the service and professionalism was a 12! Couldn't be happier

Ruslan and Rob did a great job on both of my projects (a stack replacement/code issue and a dishwasher/fridge plumbing install). Even my cranky little dogs liked them! Thanks for the solid work!

My wife set-up an appointment to have an undermount bathroom sink bowl installed, to replace a sink bowl that had cracked. Joel arrived within the service window. It was immediately apparent that it was not work he wanted to do, for whatever reason. He informed me that it's a 'very rare' job...which is hard to believe as these are quite common. I had a replacement sink bowl purchased and ready to go. After pondering it a bit, he came back with a quote of $752. According to several contractor friends I'd spoken with, this is DOUBLE what the high-end cost for this job should've been. Joel noted that the job would take about 2 hours; it's was only sealing the sink to the marble and the reconnecting the pipes. So almost $400/hr for his time? I feel it was a straight-up swindle and he just inflated the cost so he'd walk out without any work and the $69 visit fee. I'm assuming this is a common practice with Soderlin, to inflate prices and then laugh all the way to the bank when they've conned the customer or walk away with $69 for 10 mins of poking around. We were scammed. I would caution working with this outfit, especially without any price range estimate before the service visit (which Joel said they don't do). Best experience I’ve had with a plumber. Professional, thoughtful, courteous. Stew (Stu?) went out of his way to make sure I understood what was happening and when, and took care to ensure that our cats didn’t sneak out and that our home stayed clean.

The price was also excellent. $1500 for a new water heater, installation, and removal of the old water heater. I feel that this is as cheap as this could possibly be (especially considering a local plumbing chain wanted to charge us $4500 for the same job), and to also have the experience be fast and professional makes this a 5-star business.

They did the job right, on time, and right on budget without any upsells or BS. These are real Plumbers. I’ll recommend them to everyone.

Nate was great at explaining how the K5 drinking water filtration system functioned. He worked with us as far as where the location of the tanks could go and showed us how to access everything. The way the system was installed allowed us to still have the storage underneath our sink for cleaning supplies and such. Nate was able to put the housing of the filters in our pantry and then connect it to the refrigerator. Nate was very kind and courteous, and made sure to clean up after he had to drill through the granite and drywall in order to access our refrigerator to tie the drinking system into the refrigerator. Can’t wait to have awesome water come through the fridge and ice machine!

Silver Tree Plumbing and Heating does great work. They went over and above to help use with our problem and got it resolved quickly for us. The tech was on time and respectful of our home.

Hate hiring plumbers because they charge almost as much as a blood sucking attorney, but I didn't feel violated when this plumber billed me and finished the straight forward installation that would have taken me 10 times as long to do myself. So I would recomend them and call the company again if I had an issue.

His depth of knowledge was evident in how he was able to remove our 70-year-old cast iron and lead piping, reconfigured the main stack layout in accordance with current code, and replaced it with new black ABS pipe that should provide us decades of worry-free, reliable service!
