Great people to work with they came by and look at the water heater that was no turning on instead of them charging me for the trip they informed me that my water heater had insurance and to call them I have don’t that in it took 3 days it was worth the way since to fix it it was about the same price to get a new one

I have been a customer for a few years now. I'm apart of the monthly Comfort Care plan. Just recently had Richard take care of a leaking sink. I believe they have fair prices and have not over sold me on services. I recommend trying them. Thank you Richard for you expertise!

We're grateful to Mitch and his crew for replacing our water heater. He was the first to respond and fit me in same day on a Friday. We knew it was going to be a tough install but he communicated the issues very well and once they were sorted I couldn't believe how fast they were finished. We will call Good Guys again for sure. Also I like it when you can call a plumber and actually speak to a plumber, not a customer service agent. Highly recommended!

I had a birthday party scheduled in the afternoon and woke up to a water pipe burst right in the morning ..very inconvenient. The lady who took my call was very accommodating and understanding and was able to help me get someone out here asap . Mr. Stephen was great 👍🏼 very helpful . Been using Apollo for years. They have always been good to us. Service has always been top notch. We have had a few bumps in regards to supply chain issues. The installation manager (Tony) has always been responsive to my question and concerns. The technicians and phone receptionists are always courteous. Great company to work with!

Amazing customer service! Our family has a unique health situation & needs a couple of accommodations by anyone entering our home, and we felt incredibly respected by Pure Plumbing when they had to enter our home. They were quick (while still being thorough & doing quality work!) and cleaned up their work sites well. They made time for a smaller extra request in addition to the bigger originally scheduled irrigation system installation. Something that has been a problem for 6 months (and that we had tried to fix on our own) was diagnosed and fixed in like 15 minutes by the skilled plumber. If you need interior or exterior plumbing repairs or installation, definitely contact Pure Plumbing!

My wife set-up an appointment to have an undermount bathroom sink bowl installed, to replace a sink bowl that had cracked. Joel arrived within the service window. It was immediately apparent that it was not work he wanted to do, for whatever reason. He informed me that it's a 'very rare' job...which is hard to believe as these are quite common. I had a replacement sink bowl purchased and ready to go. After pondering it a bit, he came back with a quote of $752. According to several contractor friends I'd spoken with, this is DOUBLE what the high-end cost for this job should've been. Joel noted that the job would take about 2 hours; it's was only sealing the sink to the marble and the reconnecting the pipes. So almost $400/hr for his time? I feel it was a straight-up swindle and he just inflated the cost so he'd walk out without any work and the $69 visit fee. I'm assuming this is a common practice with Soderlin, to inflate prices and then laugh all the way to the bank when they've conned the customer or walk away with $69 for 10 mins of poking around. We were scammed. I would caution working with this outfit, especially without any price range estimate before the service visit (which Joel said they don't do). They have worked on several of our plumbing repairs in our old house (everything is just a little weirder to fix here, it seems) over the last two years and have always had great service.

Paul did an EXCELLENT job! He came here expecting to do one repair, but ended up fixing/replacing other things that I let go for too long. He did advise of potential safety issues, which, ultimately, led to me having all the items fixed. I’m so pleased! I’m single and have to rely on, and trust, people like Paul. I feel safer and happier, already, and he just finished the work. I will only use Aquarius Home Services for all my home repair needs.

They came out to do an estimate. Guys we're on time,did great job, and cleaned up after themselves! Helpful in answering any questions about their work. They roughed in a basement bathroom for me for a great price. No surprises when the bill came except the offer of a discount for promt payment. WOW

I had a leak and a plugged up drain pipe in the basement. Despite the leak needing new piping put in and needing to be lowered, as well as them not being fully setup for drain cleaning yet, they were able to get everything done and during the appointment time while staying on the low end of the estimate.

Colton and Tony did an absolutely fantastic job and were professional and helpful the entire time. They answered all my questions and gave me referrals to help finish up the plugged drain issue. They gave me a verbal estimate right away before doing any work and were able to do everything on the low end of that estimate.

His depth of knowledge was evident in how he was able to remove our 70-year-old cast iron and lead piping, reconfigured the main stack layout in accordance with current code, and replaced it with new black ABS pipe that should provide us decades of worry-free, reliable service!
