i bought their groupon for an a/c tune up. the guy told me i need a new sytem, cannot fix current one, coolant was leaking, cannot add more coolant, that it is very dangerous, and so on.i had another company tell me the system works just fine.basically i paid them to come to me and tell me i need to spend thousands more to replace a system that doesn't need replacement. crooks.

Called to discuss options for new water heater. They were very responsive and provided a quote after some discussion. Price was competitive with no hidden charges. Scheduled an installation a week out due to my schedule. They arrived on time and completed install as ordered and were done in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Very pleased with no issues. Would highly recommend.
Referred them to a friend a week later who had a leaking water heater and they installed a new one within 2 days. Friend was very pleased with install and price.

I called Good guys because i heard a drip in my toilet that wouldn't stop, Mitch came over and recommended that I just get a new toilet. After Mitch installed it, it started leaking after 7 months from the base. I told him and they came over and he said that because it not leaking now in front of them that there is nothing they could do about it.

Eventually it happened again and I called a new plumber from another company to fix it, he had to do a pull and resent and also fixed the flanger. He was an old timer and when he saw the installation job, he said, what a bunch of hacks.

Mark gets the job done right the first time. Excellent job installing a kitchen faucet and separate plumbing repair on 2nd visit. Once you meet him he will be the only plumber you want to use.

I had a birthday party scheduled in the afternoon and woke up to a water pipe burst right in the morning ..very inconvenient. The lady who took my call was very accommodating and understanding and was able to help me get someone out here asap . Mr. Stephen was great 👍🏼 very helpful . He brought so much tranquility and professionalism. He was able to take care of our issue with great responsibility. I can’t thank him enough ! and Mr. Rooter’s team for the service I’ve received . Pure Plumbing did a great job working on my irrigation system and the vacuum breaker. The company actually answers when called. I was quickly scheduled. And the plumber came when he said. He did quick work at a fair price. I was quoted significantly more by other plumbers. It'll be easy to figure out who to call for my next plumbing need.

I called Soderlin Plumbing because they have been around South Minneapolis for years. From the first call, to problem solved, I was impressed.
The issue was, I have had such horrible water pressure going to my outside water faucet for years. My sprinkler was only able to get about 3 feet high.
Ken came over and assessed the issue within 10 minutes and recommended a solution. I agreed and he got to work. Ken was trustworthy and experienced. I am 100% pleased with the results and I no longer have sprinkler envy of my neighbors. Thank you so much Ken!

Easily the best plumbing/boiler service I have ever experienced. Jake came out the same day I called for a service need for my boiler. I asked if I could look over his shoulder and have him educate me on my system. He gladly explained how the system worked and how and what needed to be fixed, and then followed through with outstanding service. Very professional and affordable. Will be calling again with home repair needs.

Everyone I have worked with at Aquarius thus far has been great. Although my experience with the product itself has been horrible. I’ve had technicians at my home several times since having my water softener installed in late January. I’ve had everything installed from Aquarius and my water quality is still poor aside from the RO system. We have been dealing with the hard water feeling since day 1, strong chlorine smells in the water (we purchased the chlorine system to fix this), yellow stains in our toilets/bath tubs, and most recently high iron content in the water (they said this was the cause of the hard water feeling). Aquarius installed an iron filter for us a few days ago and since then we have had a black film cover our bathtub every night after giving our toddler a bath. Also, we had a huge blowout from the new system in our basement of black dust that covered almost our entire room.

I don’t know if we have just had bad luck, but our neighbors who utilized different companies for their softeners haven’t had any issues at all. As I said earlier my interactions with everyone at Aquarius has been awesome, but at this point regret my buying decision.

***After all this they came a made things right! Everything is working great now.

They hooked up a couple of appliances for my restaurant got me permit and did a great job but, most importantly, they are honest and fair to their customers. I had a couple of other quotes for way more expensive price and for no clear reason! Will definitely use them again if I have a project:)
