This is the 2nd time we’ve used Roto-Rooter and I’m still impressed. The person who set up our service on the phone was very professional and understanding of the situation and was able to send someone out within a few hours. We received a call shortly after that he was on his way. Brian #935 was very polite and got the job done. He made sure that everything was in working order. Hopefully we won’t have any plumbing issues in the future, but I know we will continue to use them if needed.

We recently sold our home, but found through the inspection process that we needed to replace our circuit breaker panel. We initially went with the 'low' bidder, what a mistake that was. He showed up, started griping immediately, tore into the sheet rock and decided the job was too much for him. AND he still wanted to be paid for his 'work'Fortunately, my next call was to Dave and crew at Boy's Electric. Dave G did fantastic work by figuring out what needed to be done, what might need a inspection waiver and made the necessary calls and got the inspectors on board.Once on site, David and his apprentice, Jake, did a fabulous job of installing the new breaker and figuring out each circuit within the home. My friends raved about the neatness of his work, and the new home owners were ecstatic with the quality.Highly recommend.

Pedro was very professional and explained everything in detail. He brought our existing shower and bath plumbing up to code and added some shut off valves so we can isolate them if we have problems in the future. He was very communicative with setting up the appointment and checking in with us. He even started heading to the job before we had verified we were there. Little things like that make him stand out as an excellent resource for any plumbing needs. His prices are fair and he was able to get us in quick.

We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.

These guys are awesome! This was the second time they’ve come out to our house. Both experiences were excellent. Great rates, great communication, and 100% professional quality work. They had to correct a lot of mistakes the previous owner of our house made. The entire time Mitch kept me posted on what he was seeing and what work was required.

Mike H and Josiah M did a fantastic job fixing a 100 year old leaking and broken main toilet pipe in our family’s very old house. It took creativity and experience to tackle this project in a way that was both fixed the right way up to code, and yet still cost effective! They did a superb job with their communications all along the way, performed high quality installation, and cleaned up nicely. They were respectful and pleasant to work with. All of the other team members at Mr. Rooter were also great at communicating and keeping us informed along the way. Great team, great company! I will be using Mr. Rooter again for my next project!

Devin H was great and very professional. I was holding my sick kid, so Devin removed the baby gate himself in order to get the tools downstairs. He also gave me a few tips for trying to avoid this issue in the future.

I was in dire trouble with my toilet no longer functioning as it should. At a loss who to call, my neighbor suggested TJK as they had used them with good results. I called them Monday morning and they told me that they'd get back to me with info. 20 minutes later they called and had a plumber that would come out to give me an estimate and repair if desired. I jumped at the chance. No more than another 20 minutes later I received a call from Benson, the plumber, asking if it was OK that he came out right now. I answered You most certainly can!.10 minutes later Benson was at my door. This is outstanding and an experience I've never had with any other plumbers service.

The work done was exceptional. Benson was very clean and paid close attention to any spills or detritus created. Benson also cleaned the drain that was causing slow draining. On top of that he was friendly and answered any questions I could come up with.

I will continue to call TJK for any plumbing service in the future.

If you want a great plumber use Hessian! Great communication from start to finish! Leo and John did a great job running gas for my new gas stove! They gave me a quote that came on right on budget instead of twice as much as others!
