Where is the button for zero stars? This company is a joke, bid quote is nowhere near reality. You can always screw someone over one time, I will never give them the opportunity to do it to me a second.

My furnace stopped working and I called Aabbott Ferraro. I called after eight in the morning and made an appointment for someone to come out to the house at 10:30. The service technician was prompt (and also called before he arrived), polite, knowledgeable, and fixed the problem quickly. I really liked the fact that the company and its employees seemed very professional. This was my first experience dealing with a broken furnace and I'm glad that I called Aabbott Ferraro.

The only reason that I didn't give five stars is because I felt the price was a little high. But, for the service they provide maybe it's worth it.

Don't let the cost of Pedro's initial visit (to give you an estimate) scare you! At first, I have to admit, I was a bit put off by having to pay for an estimate but Pedro deserved every penny!!
He was the only plumber who was honest with me from the start!
He told me how difficult the project was going to be right from the beginning. He was dealing with an obsessive compulsive person who wanted her sink exactly in the middle of the wall in her bathroom.
While he said he would not be able to center the sink exactly where I wanted it, by the end of the project, he centered it right where I wanted it!!!
He worked very very hard to make sure I was pleased with every detail. He put up with my yappy little dogs and even my snoopy mother who was present for two of the three days he worked.
He had to saw through inches and inches of concrete to correctly tap off plumbing errors made during my homes construction. He also cleaned up a gnarly mess of copper piping and streamlined it perfectly!
My bathroom project has had me in tears more than once but Pedro performed a wonderful and very very thorough job. I will never hire anyone else for any future plumbing needs. Pedro the Plumber is the BEST!!!

We knew our sump pump would need to get replaced, Don the technician, tested and explained that we indeed needed to have our sump pump replaced, within at least 45min we had a new pump.Thank you Don Doty of Mcquillan Bros Home Services.

Called to discuss options for new water heater. They were very responsive and provided a quote after some discussion. Price was competitive with no hidden charges. Scheduled an installation a week out due to my schedule. They arrived on time and completed install as ordered and were done in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Very pleased with no issues. Would highly recommend.
Referred them to a friend a week later who had a leaking water heater and they installed a new one within 2 days. Friend was very pleased with install and price.

March 19, 2021. Scheduled today's service for Furnace/AC/Water heater. The 3 together were advertised at $66...a very good deal...but we've been on their Preferred Customer plan for years, which would cover ALL 3 at NO COST.The water heater, however, did require some replacement parts...not altogether unexpected. Bo displayed the worn pieces, discussed repair vs. replacing the whole heater, tested our city water.With today's service, we can expect good, extended use from the heater. Very content with today's work.(Previous review from years ago.)MSP Plumbing has served us well over the few years we have been enrolled in their preferred customer program.Prompt, efficient, honest in their appraisals.However, despite the discount that comes with membership, I feel their prices are quite high. Once given an estimate, I know that I can decline service. But with the last two visits, I felt the repairs were needed, and accepted the job for convenience. Both were well over $1000.In future, I will more carefully consider each job before accepting their service.

Ruslan and Rob did a great job on both of my projects (a stack replacement/code issue and a dishwasher/fridge plumbing install). Even my cranky little dogs liked them! Thanks for the solid work!

We have been customers of Krinkie's for many years. Their service is good - they are very reliable. Shane was very honest and knowledgeable on the condition of our furnace and AC. We decided to replace our furnace and AC. The crew (Andy, Joe & Donnie) that completed the installation worked very efficiently. If I had any questions - they were answered in language I could understand. They did a great job.

Unbelievably poor work that they refuse to stand behind. Will jerk you around for years pretending it isn't their responsibility. I thought these guys were very straightforward, but their poor work ended with me having a giant water leak in my ceiling that caused severe black mold issue that had to be remediated and entire new ceiling put in. And after that the work still continued to fall apart. Can't wait to wash my hands of them.

I had noticed a miscellaneous leak coming from around my laundry tub for awhile. I finally decided it was about time to get it fixed. I called TJK Plumbing and they came out that same day! DJ and Kyle located the leak and also noticed a lot of corrosion on my 20+ year old laundry tub. After explaining everything they found, they fixed the leak and were also able to replace the laundry tub. About 2 weeks later I had another plumbing problem. I noticed orange stuff coming from my softener. I called TJK Plumbing again and they were able to get Brad out same day on the weekend. He saw right away that my softener had blown and was starting to leak resin. He was able to install a new one same day and made sure all my lines were clear. Everyone who I had out was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and clean. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing issues.

Woke up with a leaking faucet. They told me on the phone that they'd be there same-day (wow great!.. Not) They gave me a 2 hr window and never showed up, never called. I had to call them back and ask where they were and they said 'Our plumber should be there, maybe he forgot. Let me get a hold of him and call you back' - never called me back. I had to call them again after a day to tell them I no longer wanted their services - Still have a leaky faucet...

My wife set-up an appointment to have an undermount bathroom sink bowl installed, to replace a sink bowl that had cracked. Joel arrived within the service window. It was immediately apparent that it was not work he wanted to do, for whatever reason. He informed me that it's a 'very rare' job...which is hard to believe as these are quite common. I had a replacement sink bowl purchased and ready to go. After pondering it a bit, he came back with a quote of $752. According to several contractor friends I'd spoken with, this is DOUBLE what the high-end cost for this job should've been. Joel noted that the job would take about 2 hours; it's was only sealing the sink to the marble and the reconnecting the pipes. So almost $400/hr for his time? I feel it was a straight-up swindle and he just inflated the cost so he'd walk out without any work and the $69 visit fee. I'm assuming this is a common practice with Soderlin, to inflate prices and then laugh all the way to the bank when they've conned the customer or walk away with $69 for 10 mins of poking around. We were scammed. I would caution working with this outfit, especially without any price range estimate before the service visit (which Joel said they don't do). Had to have a heater and A/C unit inspected for the sake of my home. They did a great job, on time and the report was very detailed for the new owner. Highly recommend Janecky!

Brandon and Stu came out for a same day water heater install. Both were very friendly, helpful, and clean. The work was done quickly and professionally. Price was almost exactly what was quoted even though extra work had to be done to bring the system to code. Would definitely use this company again.

I hired Majeski to replace my a/c, furnace and water heater after a different company quoted me thousands more than Majeski. They were able to come out same day to look at the unit, provide a bid, and answer my questions. Shortly after the crew left, the office called to set up the install date, which was only 3 days wait (amazing in 90 degree weather). The install crew was amazing, right on time, clean, efficient and very friendly. I would highly recommend.
