He added me to his list, updated his route to start at our place, and by 10:30 am he and Louise were out the door and my corroded pipe had been replaced and plumbing reassembled. Two hours and 15 minutes phone call to completion. On a Saturday morning. AMAZING. And his prices were VERY competitive. Can't recommend Charles Conner Plumbing enough. Pedro is one of the rudest people I've ever come across. I asked him for a record of maintenance on my address and he acted like he couldn't understand English. I then questioned why he doesn't have a record system and he babbled off some excuse that wasn't even remotely in connection. I was going to have him come out and assess the tree roots in our pipes and get a recommendation on who to use to do the yard dig but he was less than inviting. One of the most unprofessional people in the business. If you're going to go with a small business owner, don't choose this one.

I found out about Dave through a friend. I have had Dave to the house for two jobs and both times he did a GREAT JOB! One job he was honest about and made sure he knew it was something that I could fix MYSELF! He is a family business and he has the interest of the CUSTOMER in mind! Dave is the guy I tell people I have a guy when they ask about plumbing!

After 3 days of trying every possible non-professional tactic to clear our kitchen sinks, I gave up. I called RR early afternoon on a Friday, a technician(Andrew) was out in an hour. He was very kind and pleasant and explained well what needed to be done. Our fully clogged pipe (somewhere in the depths of the walls) was cleared while I sat outside taking a phone call. I really can’t speak to the value compared with others since I was in a pinch, but I am thrilled to have things flowing again. Thanks, Andrew at RR.

I had a birthday party scheduled in the afternoon and woke up to a water pipe burst right in the morning ..very inconvenient. This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.

I called Good guys because i heard a drip in my toilet that wouldn't stop, Mitch came over and recommended that I just get a new toilet. After Mitch installed it, it started leaking after 7 months from the base. I told him and they came over and he said that because it not leaking now in front of them that there is nothing they could do about it.

Eventually it happened again and I called a new plumber from another company to fix it, he had to do a pull and resent and also fixed the flanger. He was an old timer and when he saw the installation job, he said, what a bunch of hacks.

Dan has been taking care of our septic tank for over 20 years. He is fantastic.

Our drain field froze and our tank backed up in to our house during the night. Called him first thing in the morning and he was here by 9:00 am!

He is very thorough and explains everything.

It is because of him that our septic has lasted this long. I tell anyone that has a septic system to call Dan!

Paul is a very honest and credible contractor. I am a general contractor and I have to say he is priced very well and just what the GC would look for. He really knows how to satisfy the customer. The only downside is he’s so good that he’s very busy so schedule him out for a bit.

I’ve previously used RTSR for main-line root removal with excellent results, but this is the first time I’ve needed to unclog a drain and everything went splendidly as well. Their staff is consistently efficient, courteous, timely, and responsive.

BEWARE! BEWARE! Professional scammer! After I have agreed to pay amount he quoted he did half of his work then disappeared. No communication at all, other then an email after I threatened to bring this issue up with dept of labor. We attempted to communicate so many time and no response. Essentially all he is looking for is big chunk of money for easy work then walk away without completing it. Do your search on this contractor well. He has been fined, crappy reviews and complaints against him on BBB. I am proceeding with court option! This is unacceptable! People like this should never be in business.
