Showed up an hour and a half late to move a gas line for my stove. Told them when I set up the appointment that the line ran through a crawl space, they said it was no problem. Guy tells me without even looking in the crawl space that I should just leave it because of where it's coming in and let the cabinet makers build around the line. I told him my reasons why I (and my cabinet contractor) want it moved and after repeating myself several times he takes a look in the crawl space. He says he can do it but it will have to be another day because it will take longer than expected. He thinks about 3 hours. Tells me it for sure won't go over $720, might be less. I asked for that in writing and he says sure I'll ask the office to send you an email when I get back. Give him my credit card number for an hour and half of work.

As I'm waiting for the call back from the office I realize that now I'm going to have to pay for driving time twice and that today I am paying basically $300 for nothing more than a quote. The office agrees to charge me only for 30 minutes today as to take care of paying multiple times for driving but will not put the $720 quote in writing. While acknowledging that the communication was unclear she would not budge, then said she wouldn't charge me today and that they would not be able to do the work for me.

I don't want to pay $190 an hour for a service that includes mansplaining. I also don't want to be given a quote and told that it guaranteed won't go over $720 by the person doing the work only to be told an hour later by the office that it's not possible. I appreciate that they didn't charge me for today, but am discouraged by how quickly they were willing to drop a customer in need as soon as clear communication was expected. Proceed with caution if you go with this company.

Adam was here an hour earlier than expected with notice. He fixed my plumbing emergency within 30 minutes! I’ll use this company again if needed and I’ll defer it to anyone else who needs work done. Thank you!

We had Tom come out to our house today. He was really friendly, had a great knowledge about the work needing to be completed and you could genuinely tell he loved his job. Would definitely recommend him.

Don't let the cost of Pedro's initial visit (to give you an estimate) scare you! At first, I have to admit, I was a bit put off by having to pay for an estimate but Pedro deserved every penny!!
He was the only plumber who was honest with me from the start!
He told me how difficult the project was going to be right from the beginning. He was dealing with an obsessive compulsive person who wanted her sink exactly in the middle of the wall in her bathroom.
While he said he would not be able to center the sink exactly where I wanted it, by the end of the project, he centered it right where I wanted it!!!
He worked very very hard to make sure I was pleased with every detail. He put up with my yappy little dogs and even my snoopy mother who was present for two of the three days he worked.
He had to saw through inches and inches of concrete to correctly tap off plumbing errors made during my homes construction. He also cleaned up a gnarly mess of copper piping and streamlined it perfectly!
My bathroom project has had me in tears more than once but Pedro performed a wonderful and very very thorough job. I will never hire anyone else for any future plumbing needs. Pedro the Plumber is the BEST!!!

We have had such positive experiences with Dave and his sons. Their communication is amazing, the work is quality, and the price is right! You never feel like you're being taken advantage of. We are moving from the area and will miss having such a quality company for our plumbing needs!

After 3 days of trying every possible non-professional tactic to clear our kitchen sinks, I gave up. I called RR early afternoon on a Friday, a technician(Andrew) was out in an hour. He was very kind and pleasant and explained well what needed to be done. Our fully clogged pipe (somewhere in the depths of the walls) was cleared while I sat outside taking a phone call. I really can’t speak to the value compared with others since I was in a pinch, but I am thrilled to have things flowing again. Thanks, Andrew at RR.

All Ways Drains installed a new dishwasher as well as repaired a leak for us. They had the great blend of professionalism and being personable. They were timely and did excellent work. We would highly recommend them!!

I had a birthday party scheduled in the afternoon and woke up to a water pipe burst right in the morning ..very inconvenient. The lady who took my call was very accommodating and understanding and was able to help me get someone out here asap . Mr. Stephen was great 👍🏼 very helpful . He brought so much tranquility and professionalism. He was able to take care of our issue with great responsibility. I can’t thank him enough ! and Mr. Rooter’s team for the service I’ve received . We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.

We're grateful to Mitch and his crew for replacing our water heater. He was the first to respond and fit me in same day on a Friday. We knew it was going to be a tough install but he communicated the issues very well and once they were sorted I couldn't believe how fast they were finished. We will call Good Guys again for sure. Also I like it when you can call a plumber and actually speak to a plumber, not a customer service agent. Highly recommended!

Frank and Mike responded quickly and troubleshot the issue that our business was having with our sewer. When the cause of the trouble wasn't apparent, they stuck with it and fixed the issue. I use this company for my home sewer issues and for our companies three buildings. They are quick, dependable and trustworthy. I appreciate their efforts.

Shows up first time, looks at the dishwasher and decides he'll have to comeback monday to tear up the walls. Charges $150 to do this look. Shows up late on Monday, cuts up the walls then decides the issue is the dishwasher, leaves a mess, charges $330 more, and did nothing but make a mess and leave holes everywhere. Didn't fix anything.
