Both of my toilets were clogged beyond what a plunger could remedy. Charles came out after hours and did an excellent job. He fixed the problem and even gave me an estimate on installing new toilets. I highly recommend him.

We were contacted by Mitch R of Service Today and advised that he would arrive at our home in 45 minutes. He was prompt and friendly upon his arrival. He had been briefed on the work he would do so I promptly took him to the basement so that he could review the manifold that he was to replace. He explained that he was to move the manifold from the furnace and mount it on the wall to eliminate vibrations. He worked nonstop for approximately 4-5 hours then took me down to view the new manifold. He is a very courteous and friendly young man. We are totally satisfied and impressed with his work and would gladly have him back if needed!

Dan has been taking care of our septic tank for over 20 years. He is fantastic.

Our drain field froze and our tank backed up in to our house during the night. Called him first thing in the morning and he was here by 9:00 am!

He is very thorough and explains everything.

It is because of him that our septic has lasted this long. I tell anyone that has a septic system to call Dan!

Mike H and Josiah M did a fantastic job fixing a 100 year old leaking and broken main toilet pipe in our family’s very old house. It took creativity and experience to tackle this project in a way that was both fixed the right way up to code, and yet still cost effective! They did a superb job with their communications all along the way, performed high quality installation, and cleaned up nicely. They were respectful and pleasant to work with. All of the other team members at Mr. Rooter were also great at communicating and keeping us informed along the way. Great team, great company! I will be using Mr. Rooter again for my next project!

Was told aboutt he correct use of our air exchange system that could really impact how our AC works. That alone was worth the AC tune up. Have always had great service from Apollo!!!

I moved into a new home and needed a hot water heater replaced along with leaks coming from an upstairs bathroom. When I called Hessian Plumbing about the hot water heater they had me send a picture of the model in serial number of the unit and let me know I could fix it or replace it. And the unit itself was 25 years old. The other handful of plumbers I called were more than happy to have me put a few hundred dollars into a 25-year-old unit. I made the decision to replace it. Hessian showed up on time. Got the work done as planned on the agreed upon price. Regarding the leaks I had in the upstairs bathroom, they helped troubleshoot where the leaks were coming from. Fix both the drains and I'm now leak free. They were both on point on the dollars they quoted and I am more than satisfied with the work. Will definitely use Hessian plumbing again.

Very impressed by DJ and Jim. Needed a high dollar kitchen faucet installed. Not only were they on time but they called to let me know they are coming early! Love it! Amazing customer service! Our family has a unique health situation & needs a couple of accommodations by anyone entering our home, and we felt incredibly respected by Pure Plumbing when they had to enter our home. They were quick (while still being thorough & doing quality work!) and cleaned up their work sites well. They made time for a smaller extra request in addition to the bigger originally scheduled irrigation system installation. Something that has been a problem for 6 months (and that we had tried to fix on our own) was diagnosed and fixed in like 15 minutes by the skilled plumber. These guys are awesome! This was the second time they’ve come out to our house. Both experiences were excellent. Great rates, great communication, and 100% professional quality work. They had to correct a lot of mistakes the previous owner of our house made. The entire time Mitch kept me posted on what he was seeing and what work was required.

I used marks 3 times. 2 of which were for a clogged drain both on the same line just months apart. Not only did they not solve my problem the first time they charged about $90 to have the plumber say they needed a drain guy to come out to fix the problem. I told Katrina on the phone i needed someone to fix a clog. Why charge me 2X to send a plumber to say they can’t help. I would not recommend.

Responded promptly and was at our place within an hour to fix our garbage disposal leak. Very professional, explained the issue and offered a workable solution. Was able to complete the job in a timely manner. Highly recommend the service!

After getting bids from two other well-known reputable companies, I decided I wanted the work done by Champion Plumbing. Matt G installed a water heater for me. His work was expertly done in a timely manner. He didn’t mind me watching him and answering my questions. He offered a lot of great advice and other tips….Just an overall great guy! Scott was very helpful in getting a water heater for us when ours went out. The plumber that did the work was Zach. He was awesome. He replaced our water heater, fixed our toilet and took care of a knocking noise in our water pipes. Hate hiring plumbers because they charge almost as much as a blood sucking attorney, but I didn't feel violated when this plumber billed me and finished the straight forward installation that would have taken me 10 times as long to do myself. So I would recomend them and call the company again if I had an issue.
