Best Sewer Line Installation in Saint Paul MN

I have used them a number of times over the years. They are responsive, knowledgeable and have reasonable rates. When I need a plumber, Chuck is my first and only call.

Our (very old) hot water heater started leaking suddenly. Rumpca was responsive, straight forward and efficient. Within 48 hours we had a new water heater installed. We are so appreciative as a family of 7. Friends got a quote for a 40 gallon replacement from a different company and paid the same as us while we upgraded to a 75 gallon! Great experience and would definitely recommend.

I used Roto Rooter to drain bath and toilet which was clogged. The technician name was Zeb. He is very helpful and hard worker. He came early before scheduled time. He is respectful. He fixed the problem with in 15 minutes, he knows what he is doing. I recommend Roto Roooter because I had good experience with their technician who was Zab.

Needed to have my furnace checked before the long winter and Gary did a great job. He was knowledgeable and willing to explain things to a customer (me) who has a high threshold of need to know on how things work. I would recommend Aabott Ferraro for furnace work.

He did a great job on replacing a sink.

Tony is exceptionally professional and kind. He went out of his way to assist us in putting in a new sewer line, coming back and checking on it. He is beyond compare and made the process of having our sewer line replaced painless. I cannot recommend tony and his crew enough!

We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

Hands down, Kevin, Ron, and their team are the best service providers we have ever worked with. We discovered a belly in our home's sewer line that we wanted fixed and lined for peace of mind. Kevin and Ron provided a quote and scoping free of charge. We received a couple other quotes and Minneapolis and Suburban Sewer was the most competitive and seemed the most confident in the scope of the work. The work repair process was quick, smooth, and after digging up our yard, you couldn't even tell they were there afterwards. We contacted Erik Neslon Plumbing with what we thought would be a small repair. With their knowledge of older homes and plumbing systems it was quickly realized that the repair would be more involved. We were impressed with the creative solutions to repair and replace damaged parts of our antiquated plumbing system. As friendly as Adam and Simon are, while we don't anticipate needing to call a plumber again anytime soon, if we did we would certainly call these guys right away.

Mike H and Josiah M did a fantastic job fixing a 100 year old leaking and broken main toilet pipe in our family’s very old house. It took creativity and experience to tackle this project in a way that was both fixed the right way up to code, and yet still cost effective! They did a superb job with their communications all along the way, performed high quality installation, and cleaned up nicely. They were respectful and pleasant to work with. All of the other team members at Mr. Rooter were also great at communicating and keeping us informed along the way. Great team, great company! I will be using Mr. Rooter again for my next project!

Discount Plumbers was great! They gave me a 1 to 4:00 p.m. window and ended up being able to come earlier which was awesome. Zach was super friendly and professional. Got the clog out quick and the price was very competitive and affordable.

BEWARE! BEWARE! Professional scammer! After I have agreed to pay amount he quoted he did half of his work then disappeared. No communication at all, other then an email after I threatened to bring this issue up with dept of labor. We attempted to communicate so many time and no response. Essentially all he is looking for is big chunk of money for easy work then walk away without completing it. Do your search on this contractor well. He has been fined, crappy reviews and complaints against him on BBB. I am proceeding with court option! This is unacceptable! People like this should never be in business.
