I went to the showroom and arranged to have 3 minor plumbing tasks done. We discussed they charge for drive time so I specifically requested they bring all tools and supplies needed so I would only have one drive time to pay. After being here approximately 1-1/2 hours I was informed they didn't bring supplies they needed so I would need to pay a 2nd drive fee or pay them overtime ($240 per hour). Eventually we agreed they would complete the job the next time they were in the area and waive the second drive fee. I live 2-1/2 miles from the intersection of 35W and the Minnesota River. Well, it's been over a year and apparently they still haven't had any jobs in the area ( i.e., pass within a couple miles of my house enroute to Shakopee, Savage, Burnsville, Lakeville, or Elko)

Brian with Roto-Rooter (#936 is his number) was a honest, polite, hard-working man and totally saved my family today. He showed up promptly and worked diligently until our drain was unclogged. He was also very conscientious about making sure his equipment didn't damage my home and tried to mitigate the post-job cleaning by wearing booties and putting some protective pieces on his equipment too. Thanks to him and Roto-Rooter for being available when I needed them!

Was recommended by our realtors Scott and Todd Smith. Very up front and honest about pricing. Made sure to check if we could replace a part before replacing the entire hot water heater. Luckily it was just a new part. Saved us a lot of headache and money in the long run.

Such convenient scheduling and the best plumbers and electricians in the cities! Kyle, Paul and Dave are wonderful electricians that have served me. Andy and a couple of others are fantastic plumbers as well! I've used their HVAC twice and have had mixed results (both times had problems but they resolved them fairly).

Pedro was very professional and explained everything in detail. He brought our existing shower and bath plumbing up to code and added some shut off valves so we can isolate them if we have problems in the future. He was very communicative with setting up the appointment and checking in with us. He even started heading to the job before we had verified we were there. Little things like that make him stand out as an excellent resource for any plumbing needs. His prices are fair and he was able to get us in quick.

Ben, the plumber they sent, was so amazing I immediately recommended him to family and friends. The customer service definitely had exceeded my expectations. Ben was timely, efficient, had a great attitude and really worked with us to make sure the job got done right, and at a reasonable rate. That said I will be keeping McQuillan Bros saved in my contacts if I should ever need their services again.

We had a leak coming from our upstairs bathroom that we thought was plumbing related. Mark came out and looked at it right away. He was great and very honest with us. He helped us discover that it wasn't a plumbing issue, instead an issue with the tiles around the tub. He could've recommended costly plumbing fixes but instead he helped us find the real issue. Very professional and highly recommend!

We have a private well and septic and they were able to work on it, which, if you don’t know, not all plumbers will work on wells and septic. Alan was very friendly and professional. They were super quick getting the job done and showing up on time. They also gave me a military discount which was greatly appreciate it. Overall just a really good experience and no more clogged drain so I feel like it was a win!

Discount Plumbers was great! They gave me a 1 to 4:00 p.m. window and ended up being able to come earlier which was awesome. Zach was super friendly and professional. Got the clog out quick and the price was very competitive and affordable.

Working with Able Plumbing was great. Jake came out to talk about the project beforehand and troubleshoot a few details. He was punctual for all of our appointments and finished the work on time and within budget. I won't hesitate to call Jake again for our next plumbing project.

We have been customers of Krinkie's for many years. Their service is good - they are very reliable. Shane was very honest and knowledgeable on the condition of our furnace and AC. We decided to replace our furnace and AC. The crew (Andy, Joe & Donnie) that completed the installation worked very efficiently. If I had any questions - they were answered in language I could understand. They did a great job.

I’m amazed at how fast they responded for the estimate.. and kept me informed of the and called me to go over the two estimates that they emailed me..and answered all the questions I had asked about them both.. Peter was never in a hurry and made sure to keep me updated on everything.. and the 2 that came to install the new furnace were also pleasant and they did an excellent job… and they had a huge beast to remove from my house before they could even start. So very pleased with the entire job from start to finish.. thank goodness for you all

TJK Plumbing replaced my kitchen faucet. The technician was cordial, prompt and talented. He helped me problem solve issues from the original faucet being improperly installed. I am very happy with my new faucet. I will definitely call them again.

I moved into a new home and needed a hot water heater replaced along with leaks coming from an upstairs bathroom. When I called Hessian Plumbing about the hot water heater they had me send a picture of the model in serial number of the unit and let me know I could fix it or replace it. And the unit itself was 25 years old. The other handful of plumbers I called were more than happy to have me put a few hundred dollars into a 25-year-old unit. I made the decision to replace it. Hessian showed up on time. Got the work done as planned on the agreed upon price. Regarding the leaks I had in the upstairs bathroom, they helped troubleshoot where the leaks were coming from. Fix both the drains and I'm now leak free. They were both on point on the dollars they quoted and I am more than satisfied with the work. Will definitely use Hessian plumbing again.

My wife set-up an appointment to have an undermount bathroom sink bowl installed, to replace a sink bowl that had cracked. Joel arrived within the service window. It was immediately apparent that it was not work he wanted to do, for whatever reason. He informed me that it's a 'very rare' job...which is hard to believe as these are quite common. I had a replacement sink bowl purchased and ready to go. After pondering it a bit, he came back with a quote of $752. According to several contractor friends I'd spoken with, this is DOUBLE what the high-end cost for this job should've been. Joel noted that the job would take about 2 hours; it's was only sealing the sink to the marble and the reconnecting the pipes. So almost $400/hr for his time? I feel it was a straight-up swindle and he just inflated the cost so he'd walk out without any work and the $69 visit fee. I'm assuming this is a common practice with Soderlin, to inflate prices and then laugh all the way to the bank when they've conned the customer or walk away with $69 for 10 mins of poking around. We were scammed. I would caution working with this outfit, especially without any price range estimate before the service visit (which Joel said they don't do).
