I selected Rascher Plumbing & Heating to replace my water heater simply because of their strong reviews on Google, and I was glad I chose them! Dave, the manager, was professional and honest in the quote he provided me and consistent with the actual bill. The 2 gentlemen that came to my home were professional, respectful, and efficient. My situation was a semi-emergency (the water heater broke 2 days before Thanksgiving) and they came out the next day without charging anything extra for the speedy service. I highly recommend their business and would use them again without hesitancy!

We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

They did a great job on the plumbing connected to my water heater and at a great price too. Much cheaper than a certain plumbing chain that I used once before. I'll always use Newstrom from now on.

Andrew did an excellent job cleaning out out main water line today! He was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what he accomplished at our home. A very nice gentleman with a positive attitude and very professional. Great Job!

Highly recommend this company. They took my call after hours, arrived quickly, and got the back up with my main line diagnosed and fixed quickly. Ran a camera through after the job to be extra thorough and confirm that the lines were clear. Happy they did this because we found a nasty old mouse on camera stuck at a Y in the drain 25 feet in. Took care of that too. Robert was the technician and he was awesome — prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. Reasonable pricing even for after hours rates. No need calling anywhere else for plumbing jobs.

I had a birthday party scheduled in the afternoon and woke up to a water pipe burst right in the morning ..very inconvenient. The lady who took my call was very accommodating and understanding and was able to help me get someone out here asap . Mr. Stephen was great 👍🏼 very helpful . He brought so much tranquility and professionalism. He was able to take care of our issue with great responsibility. I can’t thank him enough ! and Mr. Rooter’s team for the service I’ve received . Mike is friendly, knowledgeable and very reasonable. I wouldn't call anyone else for residential plumbing work. As he explained what we needed to fix our plumbing issues, I knew I was in good hands.

Great customer service from the start. Plumber called ahead to let me know he was on his way, showed up on time, was polite, professional and relatable. He took time to explain what was going on with out being condescending and/or trying to sell me on things I don't need. He cleaned up after himself and was out the door in an expedient manner.

Brian came to our home and worked on a sewer back up in our basement. He was courteous and patient answering our questions and speedy in helping resolve our issue. He gave excellent advice and his customer service was stellar.

I recently had a new furnace installed in my St. Paul home by Aabbott Ferraro. After several other estimates Nick Steckhahn visited me and described the options in a clear and concise manner. He was very professional and did not pressure me into a decision. He was able to meet our financial requirements and arrange for the furnace to be installed the very next day. This was welcomed as it was still fairly chilly. The next day two employees arrived. The installation experience was as professional and pleasant as was the estimate experience with this company. Our new furnace was up and running in half a day and when Nick arrived to check the work he sat with us and answered all questions. We got a very good guarantee from the company on their work. I recommend this company as honest, professional and very capable.

We are in Apple Valley and had a pipe break over the weekend, so we needed an emergency repair. Pedro arrived during the time estimated and was very professional. He was concise with what we needed to have done, but he was not pushy. He repaired the pipe in a very efficient amount of time and, especially considering it was a weekend and emergency repair, was very fair with the cost. We were very happy overall and will use this company again in the future.

Great service from Hudson and Cody! They performed a thorough AC inspection, identified a slow leak, and recommended a fix. Along the way, they provided a clear and complete explanation of what was wrong and how it was to be repaired. Thanks, guys!

We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.

These guys are awesome! This was the second time they’ve come out to our house. Both experiences were excellent. Great rates, great communication, and 100% professional quality work. They had to correct a lot of mistakes the previous owner of our house made. The entire time Mitch kept me posted on what he was seeing and what work was required.

Last year I had a both my furnace and AC replaced by Minneapolis St Paul and they did a great job. I would recommend themPart of the cost of the replacement included an annual checkup. Nick T came out and I was very impressed even more than with the install which was also great. He quickly checked the furnace and it was all I was expecting. He then spent the time to further guide me on the use of the system, all which I thought I knew most everything about. He made sure the controller software was up to date and when he found out it was not he completed the updates showing me how to do everything step by step.I appreciated all the extra service, when all I was expecting is a quick stop saying everything looks good.----------------------------------------------------------------7/15/2014 - Plumbing InspectionWhile calling in to schedule my AC inspection they mentioned I had a free plumbing inspection to use. Since I am new to the house and its been around the block already I thought it might be worth it. I did have some concerns and questions I could also ask.John H. came out and was very friendly and real. He spent over 1.5 hours reviewing everything plumbing related in the house and found some small areas of concern and some maintenance that will need to be done in the near future. He explained all the options and left it up to me to decide what to do next. It was a good experience.

Shows up first time, looks at the dishwasher and decides he'll have to comeback monday to tear up the walls. Charges $150 to do this look. Shows up late on Monday, cuts up the walls then decides the issue is the dishwasher, leaves a mess, charges $330 more, and did nothing but make a mess and leave holes everywhere. Didn't fix anything.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH!! SHEILA the customer service rep who handles the scheduling and service calls is the most absolutely RUDE AND Unprofessional person i have EVER dealt with through a company that is supposed to be a company who provides a service.
