I have worked with Rumpca services to install a new hot water heater, and also for maintenance on my furnace. For the furnace repair, the repairman came the next day. For the water heater, someone came within the hour to discuss options with me, and the new heater was installed 24 hours later. Their workers are professional and knowledgeable. AND! After the furnace repair (in October), the service man noticed that I had accidentally been overcharged by $1. I told him not to worry about it, and completely forgot about it. But when the water heater was replaced in May, Rumpca remembered the $1 credit and handed me a dollar bill.
Apparently, Rumpca also installed my furnace in 2006, before I bought my house, and that one repair in the only one it's needed in 14 years, which means they sell quality products.

Blaylock Plumbing was suggested to us by D.C. Annis. Blaylock did a great job of fixing our broken sewer line. They kept us up to date on the progress and didn't suggest any unnecessary work to be done. Gave us suggestions on what needed to be fixed and let us make the decision without any pressure. Very pleased with everything.

This is a company I’ve come to really trust.
I have used Gust on two occasions. The first was when another plumber wasn’t able to complete work in a tight crawl space (in my basement below the bathroom) and so he referred me to Rusty, the owner.
Rusty completed the work and gave me a lot of helpful information, including info on the replacement of my tub faucet, not accessible through the wall behind it. Thanks to this his help, I was able to repair the faucet without putting a hole in the wood-paneled wall where an access should have been. Two other faucets were repaired quickly on this second service call.
Rusty really seems to care about his customers and explains things in a way that allows me to do some of my own research and legwork. If I had the funds, I’d just let him do all repairs without looking over his shoulder or investigating further, and I’m sure he has plenty of customers who trust him enough to do that. That said, he has been great about educating me as he does the work.

Dave Garrett was extremely professional and did a fantastic job of finding the electrical issue that was causing me to lose power. His professionalism and honesty was an incredible added value to find in this industry. You absolutely get what you pay for with this companies services! You’ll always be able to find cheaper work, but you won’t be nearly as satisfied or financially backed like you will be with Service Today! Love this company! Thanks again Dave!

We recently hired McQuillan’s to bury an exterior gas line. We decided to hire them because we previously had a positive experience. Previously the communication was good and they workmanship professional. Unfortunately this time around was an absolute disappointment. We reached out to McQuillan’s and Cyrus was assigned as our estimator. We explained we needed a gas line buried so a concrete patio could be put down. The line needed to go across the house and under a 3-season porch. Cyrus assured the work would be done to support the patio project and would be inspected. The work that was performed is C work. The conduit under the porch sticks out and will block the concrete work. The stub up into the pool room is on the wrong side of the building. The copper is inconsistently posted to the house in a half haphazard manner. And the gas manifold has been moved such that no work can be done on the pool equipment. The most frustrating part is we have called McQuillan’s repeatedly since the install with no effective response. We can’t even get an update on whether the work has been inspected.Over the past two years we have spent over $20,000 with McQuillans on different projects. Despite that we can’t get Cyrus or anyone from McQuillan’s to call us and have a conversation about our concerns and/or the status of our project.I don’t like writing reviews like this but I feel it is important for other potential customers to understand our experience. I previously have recommended McQuillan’s but no longer.

We're grateful to Mitch and his crew for replacing our water heater. He was the first to respond and fit me in same day on a Friday. We knew it was going to be a tough install but he communicated the issues very well and once they were sorted I couldn't believe how fast they were finished. We will call Good Guys again for sure. Also I like it when you can call a plumber and actually speak to a plumber, not a customer service agent. Highly recommended!

Great service, very friendly and attentive. To the time to answer my questions and was very respectful of my 3 yr old and 15 yr old daughter. Helped with an emergency that was above and beyond his job and I’d recommend him and use his services again.

Chris arrived within the time frame specified. He quickly assessed the situation and got to work. It wasn't long before he had diagnosed the problem down to damaged wiring in the outside unit. After some minor repair, the AC system was up and running again. Very professional and very competent.

Amazing experience! From the time I called in the morning until the job was finished I was very impressed! I had a leaking pipe in my basement. I called on a Monday morning hoping I could get someone out by Tuesday. Leo took care of me on Monday afternoon and did a great job. I will definitely be using Hessian again!

AMAZING service from Gray Duck Plumbing from start to finish. Tina and Dan took a very stressful situation for a new homeowner and made it very approachable and easy. They went above and beyond with their workmanship as well and I am resting so much easier now. I will be recommending their services to anyone who asks. Thank you!

I called Big Dave's for some plumbing help and he was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful. He told me that he is only able to accept cash or check as payment and in true millennial fashion- I had neither of those. I told him I unfortunately didn't have a way to pay via cash or check and he ended up giving me a tip over the phone that allowed me to fix the issue myself. Thank you so much Dave! I will make sure to have cash/check on hand so I can call him for any future plumbing needs! Highly recommend for fast friendly service!

My wife set-up an appointment to have an undermount bathroom sink bowl installed, to replace a sink bowl that had cracked. Joel arrived within the service window. It was immediately apparent that it was not work he wanted to do, for whatever reason. He informed me that it's a 'very rare' job...which is hard to believe as these are quite common. I had a replacement sink bowl purchased and ready to go. After pondering it a bit, he came back with a quote of $752. According to several contractor friends I'd spoken with, this is DOUBLE what the high-end cost for this job should've been. Joel noted that the job would take about 2 hours; it's was only sealing the sink to the marble and the reconnecting the pipes. So almost $400/hr for his time? I feel it was a straight-up swindle and he just inflated the cost so he'd walk out without any work and the $69 visit fee. I'm assuming this is a common practice with Soderlin, to inflate prices and then laugh all the way to the bank when they've conned the customer or walk away with $69 for 10 mins of poking around. We were scammed. I would caution working with this outfit, especially without any price range estimate before the service visit (which Joel said they don't do). Photo is of the sink and bowl that needed to be installed.

The plumber arrived 35 minutes late to replace a faulty toilet shut off valve that was soldered in place. He didn't have a mask with him so we supplied one. In our upstairs bathroom placed his tools on our bath mat instead of a work towel. He used a torch to loosen the defective valve, and in the process scorched/burned the paint behind the toilet. He failed to use a heat shield to protect our wall. No apology. No response from the owners.
