I had a birthday party scheduled in the afternoon and woke up to a water pipe burst right in the morning ..very inconvenient. Tim and Mike from Ron's were at my house today and they were fabulous! In January I had had a different company here to try and fix our sewer problem. However it really was not fixed. Toilets began backing up again. Today Tim and Mike were like detectives trying to figure out what was going on with our somewhat complication system. They spent time getting it figured out and then fixed the problem. They were diligent, hard-working, polite, responsive to my questions and knowledgeable. I give them the highest recommendation. They even help me shovel the driveway so they could put their truck there. They were great!

When our wall mounted boiler (radiant floor heat & hot water supply) suddenly went out I searched for someone familiar with this technology and Krinkie's was listed on the manufacturer's web site. They responded immediately and the tech who arrived was able to diagnose the problem, it turned out that the itemized cost to repair was not worth sinking into equipment that was beyond expected lifetime. He arranged for Joe, Master-Plumber, electrical wizard and all around engineering wizard to provide an estimate for replacement with design tweaks to enhance system and cut energy costs. They installed the system the next day (Saturday) and have since upgraded/replaced our thermostats to Alexa-enabled, remote-sensing Ecobee's that provide incredibly easy-to-use zone heating throughout the house. It's pure luxury to adjust temps anywhere via Alexa and to be able to monitor our home's temperatures, humidity and air quality from anywhere. I can highly recommend all of the technicians at Krinkie's and am blown-away by the depth of knowledge and technical prowess of Joe specifically!

Call on Wednesday night and they were here the next day before noon. Service was quick and the technician was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with all the questions asked. Definitely using Apollo again!!!

Keith Nelson Plumbing is simply the best. DJ and Justin and their crew are so kind, knowledgeable, hardworking, extremely good at what they do, and always go the extra mile. Highly recommend Gray Duck Plumbing! When setting up my appointment they were punctual and organized. When Dan came in to fix my tub spout he explained what he was doing, why, what my options were for repairs, and was very professional, honest, and kind. As a new homeowner it was incredibly informative and helpful! And the fact that it's local, female, and queer owned is a huge huge bonus! One of my cats was also completely smitten with Dan, so that's a good sign.

Had a loose toilet and John did a great job showing me the parts and that they were in good shape as he opened things up. Did a great job, great attention to detail and everything works great. I also got to see the floor underneath and see that there was no water damage.

Had Soderlin come out to evaluate my mini-split. The tech was extremely thoughtful in the evaluating the situation and just charged the service evaluation fee with some advice to do a simple fix. Really appreciated that he didn’t gouge me with what turned out to be a simple filter issue. 👍

Waited two weeks for an estimator to come out only to get a voicemail one hour before the appointment saying that the company doesn’t work in multi family buildings. I came to St. Paul Pipeworks because they were recommended by a smaller plumber who only does single family, which I explained. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.

I called Janecky from a referral through a friend of mine. They took my call, responded to my needs quickly, scheduled an installation same day, dealt with removing my water softener, water meter and other things to get them out of the way in my compact utility room so that they could remove my 13 year old water heater which was behind all of that, then installed the new water heater. They reinstalled all of equipment back to spec and restored our hot water without any leaks all for the exact price quoted to me by phone.
