My water heater stopped working last night. I called the emergency number and a technician was out first thing the following morning. My unit needed to be replaced and was done right away. I am very pleased with the prompt, efficient, and courteous service.

Both techs I worked with, Spence Hardy and Jesse Vasterling, were AMAZING. Knowledgeable, incredibly friendly and efficient. They understood and validated the substantial nature of my problem and were sensitive to my concern over both expense and time frame. They reassured me that everything would be taken care of and done right, and if I had any issues before my project, to call and they would come out right away. I would highly recommend them and this company.

Scheduled an installation a week out due to my schedule. They arrived on time and completed install as ordered and were done in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Very pleased with no issues. Called on a Tuesday afternoon and was told they could send a service person the next a.m. Per plan, he called when he was on his way and arrived right on schedule. Asked questions and checked general plumbing and got right to work. Also not bothered by fact that my crabby old dog approached him and growled a bit.

The responsiveness of Alto on a Saturday when we had tree roots in our main sewer line was amazing. Rick was at our house in less than an hour and had the problem solved within a couple of hours. I have their card on my fridge for future issues.
