Best Line Inspection in Saint Paul MN

We have used Rumpca for repairs in the past and have always found them to be very responsive in coming out. They arrive when they say they will and call when they are on the way. When we recently replaced our air conditioning and heating units, the team that did the work were professional, on task, and informative on explaining the new systems to us.

The guy didn't check his work, so I need to call another plumber to do the job. They are very expensive - $200 for a 10 min job, and he didn't even check to see if it was working. The owner and the plumber were rude and very impatient. They don't guarantee their work. Call someone else to get the job done right at an affordable price. Not sure how they stay in business since their focus is on commercial work.

I called for a basement drain back up at around 3 pm on a Saturday. The initial call window was from 4-7 pm. I had every expectation that it would be closer to 7 pm. Then I got a call at 4:13 to tell me that Kyle would arrive in 30 minutes. When Kyle arrived, he gave me all the information that I needed to know about how my drainage was set up and what he would be doing. He was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. He told me to go relax and that he would be there until the backup was fixed. He spent about an hour on the job and when he was done, he told me what he did and that I shouldn't have any problems any more. Kyle also gave me some tips to avoid the grease backup that was the source of the drainage issue.I was very pleased with my experience with Kyle and Roto-Rooter and would recommend them for their quick turn around, reasonable pricing, and professionalism.

We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

Fixed a leak caused by the tub in quick order and for a reasonable price. Called them on Sunday and they were there 9am Monday morning getting to work.

We have a private well and septic and they were able to work on it, which, if you don’t know, not all plumbers will work on wells and septic. Alan was very friendly and professional. They were super quick getting the job done and showing up on time. They also gave me a military discount which was greatly appreciate it. Overall just a really good experience and no more clogged drain so I feel like it was a win!

Mike H and Josiah M did a fantastic job fixing a 100 year old leaking and broken main toilet pipe in our family’s very old house. It took creativity and experience to tackle this project in a way that was both fixed the right way up to code, and yet still cost effective! They did a superb job with their communications all along the way, performed high quality installation, and cleaned up nicely. They were respectful and pleasant to work with. All of the other team members at Mr. Rooter were also great at communicating and keeping us informed along the way. Great team, great company! I will be using Mr. Rooter again for my next project!

We had a sewer line inspected by camera for tree roots/tile condition by Jon M. I received text messages from both him and the company about when he'd be arriving, he arrived as expected. He was very cordial indicating I'd receive a camera video of the line as well as written summary the same day which I did. Jon M. is very professional.

When our wall mounted boiler (radiant floor heat & hot water supply) suddenly went out I searched for someone familiar with this technology and Krinkie's was listed on the manufacturer's web site. They responded immediately and the tech who arrived was able to diagnose the problem, it turned out that the itemized cost to repair was not worth sinking into equipment that was beyond expected lifetime. He arranged for Joe, Master-Plumber, electrical wizard and all around engineering wizard to provide an estimate for replacement with design tweaks to enhance system and cut energy costs. They installed the system the next day (Saturday) and have since upgraded/replaced our thermostats to Alexa-enabled, remote-sensing Ecobee's that provide incredibly easy-to-use zone heating throughout the house. It's pure luxury to adjust temps anywhere via Alexa and to be able to monitor our home's temperatures, humidity and air quality from anywhere. I can highly recommend all of the technicians at Krinkie's and am blown-away by the depth of knowledge and technical prowess of Joe specifically!

Got us in right away, they completed on the same day.

I was in dire trouble with my toilet no longer functioning as it should. At a loss who to call, my neighbor suggested TJK as they had used them with good results. I called them Monday morning and they told me that they'd get back to me with info. 20 minutes later they called and had a plumber that would come out to give me an estimate and repair if desired. I jumped at the chance. No more than another 20 minutes later I received a call from Benson, the plumber, asking if it was OK that he came out right now. I answered You most certainly can!.10 minutes later Benson was at my door. This is outstanding and an experience I've never had with any other plumbers service.

The work done was exceptional. Benson was very clean and paid close attention to any spills or detritus created. Benson also cleaned the drain that was causing slow draining. On top of that he was friendly and answered any questions I could come up with.

I will continue to call TJK for any plumbing service in the future.

I am a business owner and trust White Bear Plumbing with my customer base for plumbing needs. You can confidently use these guys! The office is competent and plumbers are skilled and honest.

We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.

Waited two weeks for an estimator to come out only to get a voicemail one hour before the appointment saying that the company doesn’t work in multi family buildings. I came to St. Paul Pipeworks because they were recommended by a smaller plumber who only does single family, which I explained. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.

*Update for clarity: there is no special equipment required, the job is a PVC drain pipe replacement.
