I would recommend Blaylock Plumbing to anyone in need! I called at 8 am and our plumber Chad was out to help by noon. He did a wonderful job for a reasonable price, and was extremely friendly and professional!

I was long overdue to have a good pipe-root cleaning as evidenced by my laundry room flooding this weekend. Joe (Service Technician 2475) was so kind and completely cleared everything up. After my dog was a complete jerk to him he mentioned he had dog treats in his car and should have brought them in I mean who is that nice? Thanks for the quick and thorough service!

We have a private well and septic and they were able to work on it, which, if you don’t know, not all plumbers will work on wells and septic. Alan was very friendly and professional. They were super quick getting the job done and showing up on time. They also gave me a military discount which was greatly appreciate it. Overall just a really good experience and no more clogged drain so I feel like it was a win!

Mike H and Josiah M did a fantastic job fixing a 100 year old leaking and broken main toilet pipe in our family’s very old house. It took creativity and experience to tackle this project in a way that was both fixed the right way up to code, and yet still cost effective! They did a superb job with their communications all along the way, performed high quality installation, and cleaned up nicely. They were respectful and pleasant to work with. All of the other team members at Mr. Rooter were also great at communicating and keeping us informed along the way. Great team, great company! I will be using Mr. Rooter again for my next project!

Exceptional customer relations! Holly from Apollo called me at 10:53 am after viewing my review. Holly was extremely understanding that I was unhappy with my experience and wanted to assure me that Apollo Heating & Air pride themselves on providing the utmost customer service and was sorry this was not handled better. We talked about the original phone called I made and that I was not told what the charge was going to be. Basically it was a lack of correct communications between answering service and technician. Holly, Thank You for taking care of this for me and I will definitely refer to Apollo Heating and Air.Sunday January 14th @ 6:17 pm I called for service on my furnace because I knew the fan motor went out. When I called the after hours number the woman who answered asked me several questions, Name Number, Email address, Home Address. I explained to her that I had a Rheem furnace and the fan motor went out and wanted to know if they could fix it and cost. Yes they would be able to fix it but she did not know the cost and would have someone call me. Received a call back at 6:53 pm and he said he would be at my home in 15 minutes. He arrived and went in the basement seen it was a Rheem and I don't have parts for Rheems. He was here all of 6 minutes and said to call in the morning and talk to the office. I called this morning at 8:00 am and explained to the woman who answered that I was calling because someone came to the house last night and did not fix the furnace and I did not need him to come back because I had already had it fixed. She told me the charge was 209.00. Really? Yes. He did not do anything and was here all of 6 minutes! That is ridiculous! I expected 100.00 because it was after hours and I would of gladly have paid more if he would of fixed something. I explained to the woman on the phone exactly what I needed and she said they would be able to fix it. Otherwise I would of kept calling around for a dealer that could fix a Rheem. I feel as though I should get a refund of at least 109.00 if not free since I was told it could be fixed.

I had noticed a miscellaneous leak coming from around my laundry tub for awhile. I finally decided it was about time to get it fixed. I called TJK Plumbing and they came out that same day! DJ and Kyle located the leak and also noticed a lot of corrosion on my 20+ year old laundry tub. After explaining everything they found, they fixed the leak and were also able to replace the laundry tub. About 2 weeks later I had another plumbing problem. I noticed orange stuff coming from my softener. I called TJK Plumbing again and they were able to get Brad out same day on the weekend. He saw right away that my softener had blown and was starting to leak resin. He was able to install a new one same day and made sure all my lines were clear. Everyone who I had out was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and clean. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing issues.

Amazing experience! From the time I called in the morning until the job was finished I was very impressed! I had a leaking pipe in my basement. I called on a Monday morning hoping I could get someone out by Tuesday. Leo took care of me on Monday afternoon and did a great job. I will definitely be using Hessian again!

Keith Nelson Plumbing is simply the best. DJ and Justin and their crew are so kind, knowledgeable, hardworking, extremely good at what they do, and always go the extra mile. I cannot say enough good things about them. They have installed new water valves for us, new outdoor spigots, and a new kitchen faucet. We are so happy that we can work with them. Highly recommend Gray Duck Plumbing! When setting up my appointment they were punctual and organized. When Dan came in to fix my tub spout he explained what he was doing, why, what my options were for repairs, and was very professional, honest, and kind. As a new homeowner it was incredibly informative and helpful! And the fact that it's local, female, and queer owned is a huge huge bonus! One of my cats was also completely smitten with Dan, so that's a good sign.

John is a true professional with a friendly, easygoing attitude and he is highly skilled at explaining what is going on every step of the way. He came out within a half an hour on a Saturday to assist us with a main line clog. He quickly assessed and resolved the issue and gave us good advice about what to look out for in the future. Price was fair. He cleaned up everything and left without a trace. What a great experience! Thanks.

We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.

Very good service and arrived when expected. The only complaint I have is the price. All I needed was a sink line snaked. A very easy job for a professional with commercial equipment that took an hour of dragged out labor. I attempted to use a regular snake with an old fashioned bent bar for a crank only to hit a dead end without clearing the clog. If you have the same issue I did, you're much better off heading to a rent-a-center to get a power snake auger, educating yourself on YouTube for an hour or so beforehand, and doing it yourself. I will definitely look around more the next time I absolutely need a plumber.

I had an original quote from a chain company to replace my shower diverter, got a second opinion from him and he did it for less than half their quote. Very quick and clean work. Wore shoe coverings in the home. Cleaned up. Explained everything he did and pointed out precautionary measures I could take to avoid future issues there and elsewhere. Family owned. Highly recommend
