Best Hot Water Heater in Saint Paul MN

It’s been a few years since Rumpca Services installed a brand new furnace and central air AC unit for us but I finally wanted to write this review to support this amazing company.

Our home of 15 years finally needed a complete new install of heating and cooling. After shopping around and getting multiple estimates from many companies in the metro, we decided to go with Rumpca Service INC. because of their professionalism and knowledge of the situation.

First Jeff came to our home and gave us a detailed estimate with options. He drew up a diagram of our home inside and out with what would specifically fit our needs while being energy efficient.

Once we settled on a plan, we scheduled a date for the install. Travis and Zach, the two technicians were great. They worked hard explaining any issues or questions we had. In two days, they completed the installation. Later when we wanted to add a dual multiple zones for our home, they came back and accomplished the job with no issues.

It’s been about 4 years now, and there has been no problems whatsoever during the hot summer months or the cold Minnesota winter days. We have been extremely satisfied with their quality craftsmanship and customer service. We now recommend them to anyone of our family and friends who need HVAC work. Our cousin who purchased a home in Woodbury listened to our advice and also had his new home installed furnace and AC a few years back.

This company and employees are trustworthy, quality, and wonderful human beings to work with for all your home needs. We believe in them and their terrific Lennox products. Rumpca Services INC. is truly the best HVAC company in Minnesota.

DO NOT USE Do It Right Plumbing SCAM!!! Pedro is vindictive, disrespectful and uses unscrupulous business practices to gain business. He participates in unsolicited calls as well to scam people. He'll give a quote 3Xs higher than the average and when you do not use his services he will claim you have illegal plumbing and report you to the city inspector. Absolutely unbelievable. Reporting to BBB as well. This man should not have a license to be a plumber! Please share this and spread the word to prevent others from being scammed!

Our experience with Ryan this past Sunday was fantastic. First, he answered the phone when I called at approximately 11:15 PM the night before to inquire about an AC repair once we realized that it had broken. Then, he arrived promptly at 11:00 AM the following morning (having given us an arrival time window of 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM) and began assessing the problem. He worked diligently until our AC was fixed, finishing up within approximately one hour. It has worked great ever since! While no-one wants to face the hassle or expense of an unexpected appliance repair I would absolutely recommend Krinkie's to anyone with Heating or AC needs. They've been great!

These guys are awesome! This was the second time they’ve come out to our house. Both experiences were excellent. Great rates, great communication, and 100% professional quality work. They had to correct a lot of mistakes the previous owner of our house made. The entire time Mitch kept me posted on what he was seeing and what work was required.

Amazing experience! From the time I called in the morning until the job was finished I was very impressed! I had a leaking pipe in my basement. I called on a Monday morning hoping I could get someone out by Tuesday. Leo took care of me on Monday afternoon and did a great job. I will definitely be using Hessian again!

JD has been at my home two times. One time for a couple of small household leaks and updates. He also came to my home remove and replace a water heater. Extremely knowledgeable and gets right to work. Thank you JD!

My wife set-up an appointment to have an undermount bathroom sink bowl installed, to replace a sink bowl that had cracked. Joel arrived within the service window. It was immediately apparent that it was not work he wanted to do, for whatever reason. He informed me that it's a 'very rare' job...which is hard to believe as these are quite common. I had a replacement sink bowl purchased and ready to go. After pondering it a bit, he came back with a quote of $752. According to several contractor friends I'd spoken with, this is DOUBLE what the high-end cost for this job should've been. Joel noted that the job would take about 2 hours; it's was only sealing the sink to the marble and the reconnecting the pipes. So almost $400/hr for his time? I feel it was a straight-up swindle and he just inflated the cost so he'd walk out without any work and the $69 visit fee. I'm assuming this is a common practice with Soderlin, to inflate prices and then laugh all the way to the bank when they've conned the customer or walk away with $69 for 10 mins of poking around. We were scammed. I would caution working with this outfit, especially without any price range estimate before the service visit (which Joel said they don't do). Photo is of the sink and bowl that needed to be installed.

Jake fixed my bathroom plumbing so I can actually use my bathroom sink (YAY!) and temporarily rigged my toilet tilI I figure out what I want to do with it-repair or replace, and actually it's rigged darn good, Jake! Reasonable rates, cleaned up when done - MUCH better than those robbers MSPP&H. Thanks again - will have you back soon for the toilet.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH!! SHEILA the customer service rep who handles the scheduling and service calls is the most absolutely RUDE AND Unprofessional person i have EVER dealt with through a company that is supposed to be a company who provides a service.
