He then also cleared that line as long as I'm here. I think he took us for a ride.And now here we are, only a few months later, experiencing the same issue.We won't be using Roto-Rooter this time.

Highly recommend Gray Duck Plumbing! When setting up my appointment they were punctual and organized. When Dan came in to fix my tub spout he explained what he was doing, why, what my options were for repairs, and was very professional, honest, and kind. As a new homeowner it was incredibly informative and helpful! And the fact that it's local, female, and queer owned is a huge huge bonus! One of my cats was also completely smitten with Dan, so that's a good sign.

We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.

Had Soderlin come out to evaluate my mini-split. The tech was extremely thoughtful in the evaluating the situation and just charged the service evaluation fee with some advice to do a simple fix. Really appreciated that he didn’t gouge me with what turned out to be a simple filter issue. 👍

The plumber arrived 35 minutes late to replace a faulty toilet shut off valve that was soldered in place. He didn't have a mask with him so we supplied one. In our upstairs bathroom placed his tools on our bath mat instead of a work towel. He used a torch to loosen the defective valve, and in the process scorched/burned the paint behind the toilet. He failed to use a heat shield to protect our wall. No apology. No response from the owners.

Our household had no hot water and Jake came out on a Saturday to fix the issue! First he asked the right questions and had me text a few photos. Then with a bit more investigation he was able to determine what the issue was - the vapor signal - was emitting. He came over, replaced the part, explained that you can't put paint next to a water heater, which my son did recently while sweeping the utility room. So now we know. Jake was friendly, prompt and helped us understand what needed to be done, I highly recommend him!

I 'Hated My Experience With Metro Plumbing and Heating Company. Right from start of the project clear to the end of the job installating my new furance. What should have been a simple furance installation turned into several months of inconvenience and alot of money spent correcting their mistakes on Home damage caused by their home installers. I also found a few employees rudiness and lack concern nor care for the customers needs. I am so glad it was not one dollar nor dime of mine money spent on any of the work completed by this company !
