Look you guy was very respectful, you gave me a price of 5800, I can by the same equipment for 500, I got another price for 1200 installed. So please stop sending me any messages. I am not interested in paying 4600 more for the same service.

Called to discuss options for new water heater. They were very responsive and provided a quote after some discussion. Price was competitive with no hidden charges. Scheduled an installation a week out due to my schedule. They arrived on time and completed install as ordered and were done in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Very pleased with no issues. Would highly recommend.
Referred them to a friend a week later who had a leaking water heater and they installed a new one within 2 days. Friend was very pleased with install and price.

They had to correct a lot of mistakes the previous owner of our house made. The entire time Mitch kept me posted on what he was seeing and what work was required.

We had a leak coming from our upstairs bathroom that we thought was plumbing related. Mark came out and looked at it right away. He was great and very honest with us. He helped us discover that it wasn't a plumbing issue, instead an issue with the tiles around the tub. He could've recommended costly plumbing fixes but instead he helped us find the real issue. Very professional and highly recommend!

MSP came out to actually fix my air conditioner after another service provider said they fixed it but actually hadn't. Tony was extremely communicative of what was wrong, what was needed to fix it - kept me updated as he was out purchasing the part to make the repair. He even showed me pictures of the before and after of the changes he made to the unit in our attic. He walked me through all the details in a way I understood what had happened. He cleaned up after he was done. Overall, I'm highly impressed with the quality and results from MSP. They'll now be my first phone call for future needs!

Called for a boiler tune-up. Was quoted $189.00 agreed and the technician came. No tune up took place. Technician was a sales man with tools. After looking at the furnace, and diagnosing it as old, quoted me a price for a new unit and asked to the $189. Thanks for the sales call.

I called Soderlin Plumbing because they have been around South Minneapolis for years. From the first call, to problem solved, I was impressed.
The issue was, I have had such horrible water pressure going to my outside water faucet for years. My sprinkler was only able to get about 3 feet high.
Ken came over and assessed the issue within 10 minutes and recommended a solution. I agreed and he got to work. Ken was trustworthy and experienced. I am 100% pleased with the results and I no longer have sprinkler envy of my neighbors. Thank you so much Ken!

Nate was great at explaining how the K5 drinking water filtration system functioned. He worked with us as far as where the location of the tanks could go and showed us how to access everything. The way the system was installed allowed us to still have the storage underneath our sink for cleaning supplies and such. Nate was able to put the housing of the filters in our pantry and then connect it to the refrigerator. Nate was very kind and courteous, and made sure to clean up after he had to drill through the granite and drywall in order to access our refrigerator to tie the drinking system into the refrigerator. Can’t wait to have awesome water come through the fridge and ice machine!

They arrived almost an hour late without an apology. A courtesy phone call would have been appreciated. They then sent us a bill $200 over the quote, totaling almost $800, for less than an hour of work for a simple task with minimal parts. When we called to question the bill they could not justify the increased cost and also claimed they had no way of itemizing the charge. The bill just states labor and materials with a round number. They did allow the original quote, but still VERY questionable business practices. It's clear they will take advantage of customers if you aren't careful. Would not recommend.

Bob did a great job installing a pressure reducing valve and garbage disposal. Scheduling a next day appointment was quick and easy. Have had nothing but good experiences with AJ Alberts!
