Showed up an hour and a half late to move a gas line for my stove. Told them when I set up the appointment that the line ran through a crawl space, they said it was no problem. Guy tells me without even looking in the crawl space that I should just leave it because of where it's coming in and let the cabinet makers build around the line. I told him my reasons why I (and my cabinet contractor) want it moved and after repeating myself several times he takes a look in the crawl space. He says he can do it but it will have to be another day because it will take longer than expected. He thinks about 3 hours. Tells me it for sure won't go over $720, might be less. I asked for that in writing and he says sure I'll ask the office to send you an email when I get back. Give him my credit card number for an hour and half of work.

As I'm waiting for the call back from the office I realize that now I'm going to have to pay for driving time twice and that today I am paying basically $300 for nothing more than a quote. The office agrees to charge me only for 30 minutes today as to take care of paying multiple times for driving but will not put the $720 quote in writing. While acknowledging that the communication was unclear she would not budge, then said she wouldn't charge me today and that they would not be able to do the work for me.

I don't want to pay $190 an hour for a service that includes mansplaining. I also don't want to be given a quote and told that it guaranteed won't go over $720 by the person doing the work only to be told an hour later by the office that it's not possible. I appreciate that they didn't charge me for today, but am discouraged by how quickly they were willing to drop a customer in need as soon as clear communication was expected. Proceed with caution if you go with this company.

Brian showed up within an hour of me calling on a Saturday and walked through the problem with me. He actually valued my opinion (I was 90% sure I knew exactly what the problem was) instead of acting like I didn’t have a clue. He got to work and the problem was fixed in 30 minutes. All service calls should be this simple!

I needed the septic pumped but also knew I needed to find the big cover. Jerry explained how to find it and where to dig. I was successful. When he came to pump the lid was impossible to remove, it was going to take a lot of work and muscle. He called in his son and they teamed up for success. Once removed he cleaned everything and we put on a new cover. He inspected the entire tank and replaced one decayed baffle. I asked a lot of questions and he was more than happy to answer and explain everything. In the past I have used other companies but never got the service that Jerry provided. The other companies used a short cut of pumping thru a vent pipe. This was a very bad idea as the tank was never completely cleaned. Thanks to Jerry, I have a clean functioning septic system that will continue to provide us service for the future.

After 3 days of trying every possible non-professional tactic to clear our kitchen sinks, I gave up. I called RR early afternoon on a Friday, a technician(Andrew) was out in an hour. He was very kind and pleasant and explained well what needed to be done. Our fully clogged pipe (somewhere in the depths of the walls) was cleared while I sat outside taking a phone call. I really can’t speak to the value compared with others since I was in a pinch, but I am thrilled to have things flowing again. Thanks, Andrew at RR.

I had a birthday party scheduled in the afternoon and woke up to a water pipe burst right in the morning ..very inconvenient. The lady who took my call was very accommodating and understanding and was able to help me get someone out here asap . Mr. Stephen was great 👍🏼 very helpful . He brought so much tranquility and professionalism. He was able to take care of our issue with great responsibility. I can’t thank him enough ! and Mr. Rooter’s team for the service I’ve received . When I called Apollo, the phone was answered right away. The administrative staff were very friendly and I was able to get a next day appointment. That was a relief as I had the water off in the whole house. Tanner arrived on time. He was professional and hard working. He did an awesome job fixing a leaking pipe, putting in new shower fixtures, bibbs, and handles as the old ones were hard for me to turn. He fixed up some shoddy plumbing from when the house was first built. Tanner cleaned up as he went. He was at my house for most of the day and was constantly working. I couldn't be more pleased with the results.

I was in dire trouble with my toilet no longer functioning as it should. At a loss who to call, my neighbor suggested TJK as they had used them with good results. I called them Monday morning and they told me that they'd get back to me with info. 20 minutes later they called and had a plumber that would come out to give me an estimate and repair if desired. I jumped at the chance. No more than another 20 minutes later I received a call from Benson, the plumber, asking if it was OK that he came out right now. I answered You most certainly can!.10 minutes later Benson was at my door. This is outstanding and an experience I've never had with any other plumbers service.

The work done was exceptional. Benson was very clean and paid close attention to any spills or detritus created. Benson also cleaned the drain that was causing slow draining. On top of that he was friendly and answered any questions I could come up with.

I will continue to call TJK for any plumbing service in the future.

I moved into a new home and needed a hot water heater replaced along with leaks coming from an upstairs bathroom. When I called Hessian Plumbing about the hot water heater they had me send a picture of the model in serial number of the unit and let me know I could fix it or replace it. And the unit itself was 25 years old. The other handful of plumbers I called were more than happy to have me put a few hundred dollars into a 25-year-old unit. I made the decision to replace it. Hessian showed up on time. Got the work done as planned on the agreed upon price. Regarding the leaks I had in the upstairs bathroom, they helped troubleshoot where the leaks were coming from. Fix both the drains and I'm now leak free. They were both on point on the dollars they quoted and I am more than satisfied with the work. Will definitely use Hessian plumbing again.

Our family has a unique health situation & needs a couple of accommodations by anyone entering our home, and we felt incredibly respected by Pure Plumbing when they had to enter our home. They were quick (while still being thorough & doing quality work!) and cleaned up their work sites well. They made time for a smaller extra request in addition to the bigger originally scheduled irrigation system installation. Discount Plumbers was great! They gave me a 1 to 4:00 p.m. window and ended up being able to come earlier which was awesome. Zach was super friendly and professional. Got the clog out quick and the price was very competitive and affordable.

Waited two weeks for an estimator to come out only to get a voicemail one hour before the appointment saying that the company doesn’t work in multi family buildings. I came to St. Paul Pipeworks because they were recommended by a smaller plumber who only does single family, which I explained. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.

Came out to family's house once. Failed to fix the issue after charging good money. After several repeat (and unanswered) calls to him after having PAID the man, we decided he is not trustworthy or professional enough to continue messing with our home.

Please look around. We only used this service because he was first able to get to the house, but it wasn't a service I could recommend. I would actually NOT recommend him. I would actively advise AGAINST him.
