Best Faucets in Saint Paul MN

Showed up an hour and a half late to move a gas line for my stove. Told them when I set up the appointment that the line ran through a crawl space, they said it was no problem. Guy tells me without even looking in the crawl space that I should just leave it because of where it's coming in and let the cabinet makers build around the line. I told him my reasons why I (and my cabinet contractor) want it moved and after repeating myself several times he takes a look in the crawl space. He says he can do it but it will have to be another day because it will take longer than expected. He thinks about 3 hours. Tells me it for sure won't go over $720, might be less. I asked for that in writing and he says sure I'll ask the office to send you an email when I get back. Give him my credit card number for an hour and half of work.

As I'm waiting for the call back from the office I realize that now I'm going to have to pay for driving time twice and that today I am paying basically $300 for nothing more than a quote. The office agrees to charge me only for 30 minutes today as to take care of paying multiple times for driving but will not put the $720 quote in writing. While acknowledging that the communication was unclear she would not budge, then said she wouldn't charge me today and that they would not be able to do the work for me.

I don't want to pay $190 an hour for a service that includes mansplaining. I also don't want to be given a quote and told that it guaranteed won't go over $720 by the person doing the work only to be told an hour later by the office that it's not possible. I appreciate that they didn't charge me for today, but am discouraged by how quickly they were willing to drop a customer in need as soon as clear communication was expected. Proceed with caution if you go with this company.

I had requested a quote for a tub drain, overflow, and faucet installation. My plumber Ray was fantastic. I would give him 5 stars. He was respectful, professional, and did a great job installing everything. He also cleaned up and gave me some tips on what I should do with a couple other things in my bathroom. The price was also the best quote I got. The only thing I had a problem with was my appointment being cancelled twice after I waited around at home for 2 days. Luckily I can work from home but my contractor also waited around in case the plumber needed anything those 2 days. My hope is they can get more plumbers to work on their overflow of jobs or get better at predicting the schedule but I know that predicting customer flow isn't always possible.

Great work and attention to detail. Rusty and his crew were very dependable. They also provided some much-appreciated suggestions to help make the kitchen remodel go more smoothly. I highly recommend Gust plumbing!

I had floor drain issues, after many failed attempts with other plumbing companies (big companies with hundreds of 4.5 star reviews). I decided to call Paul the Plumber on a whim and very glad that I did! It was middle of the day already when I called and they were totally booked for the day. Paul was still very accommodating though, he said he would do his best to send someone out, which he did. Turns out it was a cracked pipe under basement slab, they were able to come back 2 days later to do the repair (they estimated a week). Not only were they able to fix the cracked pipe, Paul’s and his staff were willing and opened to giving advice on how to repair certain things unrelated to service job. Very reasonable prices compared to other companies and very dedicated to their customers. Would totally recommend them to our friends and family! Great customer service and trustworthiness, which is hard to find nowadays.All these big companies with their huge marketing ads on availability but when they actually send people out to your house, they don’t have a clue what’s going on. Paul and his staff are very professional and knowledgeable. They know their stuff and even though you have to schedule for service, I’d rather do that than call those big plumbing companies.

I had a birthday party scheduled in the afternoon and woke up to a water pipe burst right in the morning ..very inconvenient. The lady who took my call was very accommodating and understanding and was able to help me get someone out here asap . Mr. Stephen was great 👍🏼 very helpful . He brought so much tranquility and professionalism. He was able to take care of our issue with great responsibility. I can’t thank him enough ! and Mr. Rooter’s team for the service I’ve received . Drew did our annual furnace preventive maintenance today. He came promptly at the appointed time, answered all our questions, and completely prepared our system for the summer ahead. We look forward to working with him in the future. Excellent service!

I was in dire trouble with my toilet no longer functioning as it should. At a loss who to call, my neighbor suggested TJK as they had used them with good results. I called them Monday morning and they told me that they'd get back to me with info. 20 minutes later they called and had a plumber that would come out to give me an estimate and repair if desired. I jumped at the chance. No more than another 20 minutes later I received a call from Benson, the plumber, asking if it was OK that he came out right now. I answered You most certainly can!.10 minutes later Benson was at my door. This is outstanding and an experience I've never had with any other plumbers service.

The work done was exceptional. Benson was very clean and paid close attention to any spills or detritus created. Benson also cleaned the drain that was causing slow draining. On top of that he was friendly and answered any questions I could come up with.

I will continue to call TJK for any plumbing service in the future.

Amazing experience! From the time I called in the morning until the job was finished I was very impressed! I had a leaking pipe in my basement. I called on a Monday morning hoping I could get someone out by Tuesday. Leo took care of me on Monday afternoon and did a great job. I will definitely be using Hessian again!

Discount Plumbers was great! They gave me a 1 to 4:00 p.m. window and ended up being able to come earlier which was awesome. Zach was super friendly and professional. Got the clog out quick and the price was very competitive and affordable.

Waited two weeks for an estimator to come out only to get a voicemail one hour before the appointment saying that the company doesn’t work in multi family buildings. I came to St. Paul Pipeworks because they were recommended by a smaller plumber who only does single family, which I explained. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.

*Update for clarity: there is no special equipment required, the job is a PVC drain pipe replacement.

BEWARE! BEWARE! Professional scammer! After I have agreed to pay amount he quoted he did half of his work then disappeared. No communication at all, other then an email after I threatened to bring this issue up with dept of labor. We attempted to communicate so many time and no response. Essentially all he is looking for is big chunk of money for easy work then walk away without completing it. Do your search on this contractor well. He has been fined, crappy reviews and complaints against him on BBB. I am proceeding with court option! This is unacceptable! People like this should never be in business.
