I have used Blaylock on several occasions. They are professional, fair, fast. I like to use local businesses.

I was able to immediately speak with a rep from roto rooter and schedule an appointment within the next few hours. The tech came within that timeframe and was very courteous, friendly, effective, and even went above and beyond to ensure my problem was resolved. He thoroughly explained the details of the problems, recommended cost effective solutions and preventetive products to ensure the problem would not reoccur. Overall, I was extremely happy with the service and confident that I received the best care.

This is a company I’ve come to really trust.

I have used Gust on two occasions.  The first was when another plumber wasn’t able to complete work in a tight crawl space (in my basement below the bathroom) and so he referred me to Rusty, the owner.

Rusty completed the work and gave me a lot of helpful information, including info on the replacement of my tub faucet, not accessible through the wall behind it. Thanks to this his help, I was able to repair the faucet without putting a hole in the wood-paneled wall where an access should have been.  Two other faucets were repaired quickly on this second service call.

Rusty really seems to care about his customers and explains things in a way that allows me to do some of my own research and legwork. If I had the funds, I’d just let him do all repairs without looking over his shoulder or investigating further, and I’m sure he has plenty of customers who trust him enough to do that. That said, he has been great about educating me as he does the work.

The communication and service is good. They handled the request quickly. Don was a nice guy…clean, kind and efficient.My only problem is the pricing isn’t transparent. I asked the lady on the phone what I would be charged and she said they would quote on the visit. Fine I needed a sink return lines hooked up on a sink another contractor installed and a garbage disposal hooked up that was already there from the old sink. Nothing crazy, but the service was quoted at $460.00 and it was hard to say no when the plumber was already in our home so I agreed to the price. The service took less than 30 mins and I had all of the items need except one piece of PVC.I feel like I really overpaid and maybe was taken advantage of but the work was good. Lesson learned.

We were very satisfied with the service, work and the worker I believe was Jerry. I was not home, my son said he was very informative.

We have a private well and septic and they were able to work on it, which, if you don’t know, not all plumbers will work on wells and septic. Alan was very friendly and professional. They were super quick getting the job done and showing up on time. They also gave me a military discount which was greatly appreciate it. Overall just a really good experience and no more clogged drain so I feel like it was a win!

Called for their service to get help with updating a valve and to help install a new dishwasher. They did a great job. Will be calling them for all things plumbing related.

I had a birthday party scheduled in the afternoon and woke up to a water pipe burst right in the morning ..very inconvenient. The lady who took my call was very accommodating and understanding and was able to help me get someone out here asap . Mr. Stephen was great 👍🏼 very helpful . He brought so much tranquility and professionalism. He was able to take care of our issue with great responsibility. I can’t thank him enough ! and Mr. Rooter’s team for the service I’ve received . I was impressed how fast you guys came out and replaced my water heater

I was in dire trouble with my toilet no longer functioning as it should. At a loss who to call, my neighbor suggested TJK as they had used them with good results. I called them Monday morning and they told me that they'd get back to me with info. 20 minutes later they called and had a plumber that would come out to give me an estimate and repair if desired. I jumped at the chance. No more than another 20 minutes later I received a call from Benson, the plumber, asking if it was OK that he came out right now. I answered You most certainly can!.10 minutes later Benson was at my door. This is outstanding and an experience I've never had with any other plumbers service.

The work done was exceptional. Benson was very clean and paid close attention to any spills or detritus created. Benson also cleaned the drain that was causing slow draining. On top of that he was friendly and answered any questions I could come up with.

I will continue to call TJK for any plumbing service in the future.

Amazing experience! From the time I called in the morning until the job was finished I was very impressed! I had a leaking pipe in my basement. I called on a Monday morning hoping I could get someone out by Tuesday. Leo took care of me on Monday afternoon and did a great job. I will definitely be using Hessian again!

Keith Nelson Plumbing is simply the best. DJ and Justin and their crew are so kind, knowledgeable, hardworking, extremely good at what they do, and always go the extra mile. I cannot say enough good things about them. They have installed new water valves for us, new outdoor spigots, and a new kitchen faucet. We are so happy that we can work with them. We had a VERY VERY bad experience in the past with a different plumbing company on 2 separate plumbing issues, so we were so grateful when a friend of mine referred us to Keith Nelson. Great fast service .

Discount Plumbers was great! They gave me a 1 to 4:00 p.m. window and ended up being able to come earlier which was awesome. Zach was super friendly and professional. Got the clog out quick and the price was very competitive and affordable.

Waited two weeks for an estimator to come out only to get a voicemail one hour before the appointment saying that the company doesn’t work in multi family buildings. I came to St. Paul Pipeworks because they were recommended by a smaller plumber who only does single family, which I explained. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.

*Update for clarity: there is no special equipment required, the job is a PVC drain pipe replacement.

Came out to family's house once. Failed to fix the issue after charging good money. After several repeat (and unanswered) calls to him after having PAID the man, we decided he is not trustworthy or professional enough to continue messing with our home.

Please look around. We only used this service because he was first able to get to the house, but it wasn't a service I could recommend. I would actually NOT recommend him. I would actively advise AGAINST him.
