We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

We have had such positive experiences with Dave and his sons. Their communication is amazing, the work is quality, and the price is right! You never feel like you're being taken advantage of. We are moving from the area and will miss having such a quality company for our plumbing needs!

Mike H and Josiah M did a fantastic job fixing a 100 year old leaking and broken main toilet pipe in our family’s very old house. It took creativity and experience to tackle this project in a way that was both fixed the right way up to code, and yet still cost effective! They did a superb job with their communications all along the way, performed high quality installation, and cleaned up nicely. They were respectful and pleasant to work with. All of the other team members at Mr. Rooter were also great at communicating and keeping us informed along the way. Great team, great company! I will be using Mr. Rooter again for my next project!

Mike is friendly, knowledgeable and very reasonable. I wouldn't call anyone else for residential plumbing work. As he explained what we needed to fix our plumbing issues, I knew I was in good hands.

My furnace stopped working and I called Aabbott Ferraro. I called after eight in the morning and made an appointment for someone to come out to the house at 10:30. The service technician was prompt (and also called before he arrived), polite, knowledgeable, and fixed the problem quickly. I really liked the fact that the company and its employees seemed very professional. This was my first experience dealing with a broken furnace and I'm glad that I called Aabbott Ferraro.

The only reason that I didn't give five stars is because I felt the price was a little high. But, for the service they provide maybe it's worth it.

Dylan and the crew did a great job of replacing my service panel. They chose a high quality panel and included all new labeling for the breakers. Pedro was very professional and explained everything in detail. He brought our existing shower and bath plumbing up to code and added some shut off valves so we can isolate them if we have problems in the future. He was very communicative with setting up the appointment and checking in with us. He even started heading to the job before we had verified we were there. Little things like that make him stand out as an excellent resource for any plumbing needs. His prices are fair and he was able to get us in quick.

I'm very impressed the way Mcquillan responded and stayed on top of my furnace and air conditioning installation. The first furnace was defective but they quickly made efforts to resolve this. After 4 days they finally replaced the furnace again. Now everything is working great!

Discount Plumbers was great! They gave me a 1 to 4:00 p.m. window and ended up being able to come earlier which was awesome. Zach was super friendly and professional. Got the clog out quick and the price was very competitive and affordable.

Peter was amazing to work with on the installation of our new water heater. He was very straight forward about how our old water heater could not be repaired and what the options were for replacement. Also, just an overall terrific guy!

He installed a hot water heater, left a mess and a water leak. I called and talked to him, he is very friendly but never followed up or offered to fix any issues. I would look elsewhere!

Forced into using their services pretty much, multiple different quotes none of which were accurate and then dropped a massive bill on me because I had to use a commercial service for my residential low income housing I was living in. I wouldn't recommend from my personal experience.
