He worked hard to fix the clogged bathroom sink which wasn't easy. Had to by pass pipes connected on opposite wall bathroom unit with the snake. Took several attempts because snake kept going next door instead of down the pipe. He did not give up!

Called to discuss options for new water heater. They were very responsive and provided a quote after some discussion. Price was competitive with no hidden charges. Scheduled an installation a week out due to my schedule. They arrived on time and completed install as ordered and were done in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Very pleased with no issues. Would highly recommend.
Referred them to a friend a week later who had a leaking water heater and they installed a new one within 2 days. Friend was very pleased with install and price.

We have a private well and septic and they were able to work on it, which, if you don’t know, not all plumbers will work on wells and septic. Alan was very friendly and professional. They were super quick getting the job done and showing up on time. They also gave me a military discount which was greatly appreciate it. Overall just a really good experience and no more clogged drain so I feel like it was a win!

The repair guy called early and said, Is now a good time? It was! (earlier than we'd booked) He was personable, professional, knew just what to do, and the shower is draining beautifully now. A delighted five stars.

Master Plumbing installed a gas range I purchased from Best Buy. They're contracted to do installations. Jake and Dan were professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. Were careful not to make a mess. Followed protocol concerning Covid. My understanding is that are also master plumbers. I will call them in the future for plumbing issues.

Phil and Nick from Aabbott Ferraro are incredibly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I am on the board of a 257 unit condo and they have done a ton of work for our residents including my own unit and every time all I hear is that they were awesome. Emails and phone calls are replied to swiftly, they are courteous and know what they are doing. I personally had my heat pump replaced as well as the Honeywell Total Connect Comfort system installed (remote web/mobile access to thermostat, water leakage/temp/humidity monitoring) and both times it was an easy process. Purchased a $49 furnace tune-up from Angie's List. Mike F. arrived in the scheduled time frame and called before he arrived. Put on shoe covers to protect my floors. Was polite, respectful and informative about my furnace. Did a thorough job and explained what I needed for optimal furnace functioning. I would definitely use Airtech in the future.

I hired Do It Right to fix a Leakey shower. not only did they fix the issue, but pointed out potential future issues, that I can fix myself, to ensure that this does not happen again. a huge help! 5 stars all the way!

Quick to setup a call, but unfortunately I never received a quote. I had Matt out to the house, he was nice and said it was going to be an easy gas line install but I never received a quote. I was told I would have it the next business day. I have reached out 4x (weekly) to see if they were still interested and going to quote and although they said yes, several weeks later I have not gotten a quote. If the price was right I planned to hire immediately.

This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.

We're grateful to Mitch and his crew for replacing our water heater. He was the first to respond and fit me in same day on a Friday. We knew it was going to be a tough install but he communicated the issues very well and once they were sorted I couldn't believe how fast they were finished. We will call Good Guys again for sure. Also I like it when you can call a plumber and actually speak to a plumber, not a customer service agent. Highly recommended!

Chris did an excellent job of yearly HVAC maintenance, fan cleaning, capacitor replacement and installation of a new Pristine Air cleaning system. He was professional, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. We will definitely call him again.

Worst experience ever. We hired him to install a tub and what he put us through was living hell. Takes short cuts everywhere he can with total disregard to property. Our expensive new tub and surrounds got scratched & chipped. So unprofessional and messy that he literally destroyed our carpet downstairs with concrete mix stained all over it. He dropped his tools onto our vanity and ceramic bathroom floor leaving a big chip on the edge of the vanity top and cracking the floor tile. Talks big like he knows it all but don't believe it for a minute. Shows up late and disappears for hours. We tried to be patient and give him respect but eventually we couldn't take his BS any longer and just told him it's over. Had enough of his games and watching him destroy our house. We paid him anyway just to get him out of our house and our lives. We had to hire a new plumber to come in and redo everything he messed up on. It's unbelievable to me that someone like him is still operating out there. This guy shouldn't be allowed to carry a license or do any kind of business. There's so much more I can say about our nightmare experience. I'll just say STAY AWAY from this scam artist. Don't fall for his fake & cheeky demeanor.
