The service technician was really knowledgeable, professional and responsive! He answered all of my questions thoroughly. A new furnace motor needed to be installed. He worked hard to locate the replacement part / motor and did the installation quickly. He made sure it was working properly before he left. He stayed late to finish the job. My expectations were exceeded! He also scheduled my ductwork cleaning for July. Great job! DO NOT USE Do It Right Plumbing SCAM!!! Pedro is vindictive, disrespectful and uses unscrupulous business practices to gain business. He participates in unsolicited calls as well to scam people. He'll give a quote 3Xs higher than the average and when you do not use his services he will claim you have illegal plumbing and report you to the city inspector. Absolutely unbelievable. Reporting to BBB as well. This man should not have a license to be a plumber! Please share this and spread the word to prevent others from being scammed!

Scheduled an installation a week out due to my schedule. They arrived on time and completed install as ordered and were done in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Very pleased with no issues. Had Master Plumbing Services replace my hot water heater. Though they came to me through a Home Warranty referral, I could not be more impressed with the whole crew, from Denise in the Office to both technicians who first diagnosed the issues (and help limp along the failing unit until the new one was ordered and delivered) and then installed the new unit. Keep this name and number handy for your plumbing needs.

I called Good guys because i heard a drip in my toilet that wouldn't stop, Mitch came over and recommended that I just get a new toilet. After Mitch installed it, it started leaking after 7 months from the base. I told him and they came over and he said that because it not leaking now in front of them that there is nothing they could do about it.

Eventually it happened again and I called a new plumber from another company to fix it, he had to do a pull and resent and also fixed the flanger. He was an old timer and when he saw the installation job, he said, what a bunch of hacks.

After 25 years of owning my own home, I finally have an answer when someone asks me, “You know a good plumber?”

I called Janecky from a referral through a friend of mine. They took my call, responded to my needs quickly, scheduled an installation same day, dealt with removing my water softener, water meter and other things to get them out of the way in my compact utility room so that they could remove my 13 year old water heater which was behind all of that, then installed the new water heater. They reinstalled all of equipment back to spec and restored our hot water without any leaks all for the exact price quoted to me by phone.
