We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

Fixed leaky outdoor faucet that had befuddled both me and the handyman we used for other projects. Quickly diagnosed the problem with the packing nut and repaired it in five minutes. Charged reasonable rate.

Mike H and Josiah M did a fantastic job fixing a 100 year old leaking and broken main toilet pipe in our family’s very old house. It took creativity and experience to tackle this project in a way that was both fixed the right way up to code, and yet still cost effective! They did a superb job with their communications all along the way, performed high quality installation, and cleaned up nicely. They were respectful and pleasant to work with. All of the other team members at Mr. Rooter were also great at communicating and keeping us informed along the way. Great team, great company! I will be using Mr. Rooter again for my next project!

Had Master Plumbing Services replace my hot water heater. Though they came to me through a Home Warranty referral, I could not be more impressed with the whole crew, from Denise in the Office to both technicians who first diagnosed the issues (and help limp along the failing unit until the new one was ordered and delivered) and then installed the new unit. I had an exterior drain backup. They were able to come quickly, just an hour after I called. My service guy, Kevin, did an awesome job and went above and beyond to help diagnose the issue. By the end he was soaked and was very pleasant and patient despite the heat. Thank you!

Around Nov 2014, AF installed their recommended solution of Fujitsu system (three units) for nearly $20K.. Less than 6 months later, the Unit kept breaking down with several major issues from parts melting down, leaking, needing coils, etc. Nick assured us of the 5 year warranty which they'll cover. This November, and without warning or communication, they stopped responding to our calls for service. We left him, Tim and Kristen many voicemails but didn't get one call back. After one week of no heat and no call back, we ended up hiring someone else to fix the unit again . Very unfortunate situation we had with these guys.

MASSIVELY OVERCHARGES FOR WORK/QUOTE. Its almost laughable the amount they want to do simple electrical work. I was quoted the price of a nice used car (literally) for simply changing a home electrical panel. This was not even the work I called them for. He was not going to rewire any of the house or get into very detailed work that would call for those type of high prices. Those panels are around $100 online. I was unaware their hourly rate was $10000K. Seems to me they just throw anything they can at the wall and see who actually pays them their prices. Their other scam is to give you a overall home inspection so they can force you to pay a $400 fee(along with a trip charge) even when the problem is extremely obvious. So I basically paid them $500 to tell me what I already knew and they did not fix what I actually called them for since they quoted a ridiculous amount. What a scam company.

DO NOT USE Do It Right Plumbing SCAM!!! Pedro is vindictive, disrespectful and uses unscrupulous business practices to gain business. He participates in unsolicited calls as well to scam people. He'll give a quote 3Xs higher than the average and when you do not use his services he will claim you have illegal plumbing and report you to the city inspector. Absolutely unbelievable. Reporting to BBB as well. This man should not have a license to be a plumber! Please share this and spread the word to prevent others from being scammed!

Quoted $9600 for a water heater replacement. This was after a $1100 discount. Cheapest option from them was $5400 which was still almost $3000 more than others.

This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.

These guys are awesome! This was the second time they’ve come out to our house. Both experiences were excellent. Great rates, great communication, and 100% professional quality work. They had to correct a lot of mistakes the previous owner of our house made. The entire time Mitch kept me posted on what he was seeing and what work was required.

It feels great having a plumbing company I can trust. I highly recommend them.

I had a energy efficient water heater installed that was supposed to be a smaller 38 gallon tank that was going to heat the water faster, it needed a whole separate outlet in order to install so i payed extra 500 to install an outlet next to the water heater after a a year it went out. Then for the warranty they said they dont make them anymore and that they'll replace it with a conventional 80 gallon tank which was significantly cheaper than my original expensive tank. They didn't cover the difference.

Took three days for him to put in a utility sink. Then had to call him back twice because one of the pipes he put in leaked. Charges by the minute and spent 20+ minutes trying to sell us on a specific faucet. He is not worth the hassle. Also, plumbers crack showed the whole time.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH!! SHEILA the customer service rep who handles the scheduling and service calls is the most absolutely RUDE AND Unprofessional person i have EVER dealt with through a company that is supposed to be a company who provides a service.
