Best Emergency Plumbing in Saint Paul MN

Jason from Rascher Plumbing spent most of yesterday replacing faucets in the upstairs master bath. He worked all day, came prepared with all the proper tools and even a vacuum. He placed covers over his shoes and when finished there was not even a piece of lint left to clean up....all was spotless! Such a nice guy and he worked so hard. He had to drill bigger holes for the designer faucets to fit and worked on his back under the sinks most the time. What a job and he did it all never asking for anything and with a smile when I would check to see if he needed anything. Thank you Jason, you are one of a kind and when I need a plumber again I will for sure insist on you. Bless you, you sure represent Rascher Plumbing well.

I have been a customer for a few years now. I'm apart of the monthly Comfort Care plan. Just recently had Richard take care of a leaking sink. I believe they have fair prices and have not over sold me on services. I recommend trying them. Thank you Richard for you expertise!

After 3 days of trying every possible non-professional tactic to clear our kitchen sinks, I gave up. I called RR early afternoon on a Friday, a technician(Andrew) was out in an hour. He was very kind and pleasant and explained well what needed to be done. Our fully clogged pipe (somewhere in the depths of the walls) was cleared while I sat outside taking a phone call. I really can’t speak to the value compared with others since I was in a pinch, but I am thrilled to have things flowing again. Thanks, Andrew at RR.

All Ways Drains installed a new dishwasher as well as repaired a leak for us. They had the great blend of professionalism and being personable. They were timely and did excellent work. We would highly recommend them!!

Great customer service from the start. Plumber called ahead to let me know he was on his way, showed up on time, was polite, professional and relatable. He took time to explain what was going on with out being condescending and/or trying to sell me on things I don't need. He cleaned up after himself and was out the door in an expedient manner.

If hell needed a plumbing company you guys would be the best fit.

I'd rate them zero stars if I could.Scheduled an appointment with a 4 hour window. Received a call that they would not make the time slot. I had to reschedule after waiting for over 4 hours. Not a huge deal, but didn't receive an apology or any effort to make it right. In fact, the woman I spoke with on the phone to reschedule sounded like she was doing me a favor by letting me reschedule. Like I was being a burden to her.Unbelievably, the same thing happened the next day! 5 hours and they weren't able to get someone out to my house. Had to cancel. You'd think they would make sure to get someone out on day 2 since they performed so poorly the first time, but it seems they don't have anyone who can figure that out.....or cares.

Everything from scheduling our service call to getting estimates went smoothly with Aabbott Ferraro. Our service technician Matt S. was knowledgable, courteous, and respectful of my questions. He efficiently diagnosed the problem with our air conditioner and offered a reasonable explanation of alternatives and costs.

David gave clear explanations of the problems and prospective solutions. Decided to accept his recommendation to upgrade my 60 year old fuse box and all the outlets and switches. / The job is now complete and my thanks to Nick and his team Dylan and Brett who did a great job.//. Also had Service Today rebuild the furnace to improve the static pressure. Nick (not the same Nick who redid the electric panel) and his assistant, Cassandra, did a great job rebuilding the furnace from the floor up.

Pedro has been our plumber of choice for 18 years. He understands our older home and gives us options on how best to proceed. He is tidy, honest, respectful, thorough, economical, and an excellent plumber. Highly recommend!

I needed to replace my furnace, air conditioner and water heater, and so I got bids from a handful of contractors. McQuillan Bros was my first call because I have known of their good reputation as a company and family in the trades for many years. In the end they weren't the lowest bid, but they were very willing to work with me on staying within my budget. They were also helpful in obtaining financing.The job was started and completed today, (yes, 1 day!) and all of the employees who came to work were nice. They put in a lot of hard work, I commend them and am grateful! So far, so good - my house is warm, water is hot, and the new furnace and water heater are SO quiet. I expect it'll be the same with the air conditioner this summer.

Discount Plumbers was great! They gave me a 1 to 4:00 p.m. window and ended up being able to come earlier which was awesome. Zach was super friendly and professional. Got the clog out quick and the price was very competitive and affordable.

We're grateful to Mitch and his crew for replacing our water heater. He was the first to respond and fit me in same day on a Friday. We knew it was going to be a tough install but he communicated the issues very well and once they were sorted I couldn't believe how fast they were finished. We will call Good Guys again for sure. Also I like it when you can call a plumber and actually speak to a plumber, not a customer service agent. Highly recommended!

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH!! SHEILA the customer service rep who handles the scheduling and service calls is the most absolutely RUDE AND Unprofessional person i have EVER dealt with through a company that is supposed to be a company who provides a service.
