Andrew did an excellent job cleaning out out main water line today! He was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what he accomplished at our home. A very nice gentleman with a positive attitude and very professional. Great Job!

The repair guy called early and said, Is now a good time? It was! (earlier than we'd booked) He was personable, professional, knew just what to do, and the shower is draining beautifully now. A delighted five stars.

Mike H and Josiah M did a fantastic job fixing a 100 year old leaking and broken main toilet pipe in our family’s very old house. It took creativity and experience to tackle this project in a way that was both fixed the right way up to code, and yet still cost effective! They did a superb job with their communications all along the way, performed high quality installation, and cleaned up nicely. They were respectful and pleasant to work with. All of the other team members at Mr. Rooter were also great at communicating and keeping us informed along the way. Great team, great company! I will be using Mr. Rooter again for my next project!

Our experience with Ryan this past Sunday was fantastic. First, he answered the phone when I called at approximately 11:15 PM the night before to inquire about an AC repair once we realized that it had broken. Then, he arrived promptly at 11:00 AM the following morning (having given us an arrival time window of 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM) and began assessing the problem. He worked diligently until our AC was fixed, finishing up within approximately one hour. It has worked great ever since! While no-one wants to face the hassle or expense of an unexpected appliance repair I would absolutely recommend Krinkie's to anyone with Heating or AC needs. They've been great!

I was in dire trouble with my toilet no longer functioning as it should. At a loss who to call, my neighbor suggested TJK as they had used them with good results. I called them Monday morning and they told me that they'd get back to me with info. 20 minutes later they called and had a plumber that would come out to give me an estimate and repair if desired. I jumped at the chance. No more than another 20 minutes later I received a call from Benson, the plumber, asking if it was OK that he came out right now. I answered You most certainly can!.10 minutes later Benson was at my door. This is outstanding and an experience I've never had with any other plumbers service.

The work done was exceptional. Benson was very clean and paid close attention to any spills or detritus created. Benson also cleaned the drain that was causing slow draining. On top of that he was friendly and answered any questions I could come up with.

I will continue to call TJK for any plumbing service in the future.

Great customer service from the start. Plumber called ahead to let me know he was on his way, showed up on time, was polite, professional and relatable. He took time to explain what was going on with out being condescending and/or trying to sell me on things I don't need. He cleaned up after himself and was out the door in an expedient manner.

Dan Blaylock and company are amazing. We initially called Roto Rooter, and they came out, were unable to find the drain out, pulled apart my toilet, did a little work, and charged us ~$400. Then proceeded to come out and 'run a camera', telling us that they HAD to perform $7500 worth of work to rip out the pipes in my yard (tearing up our yard) and put new pipes in. Additionally, the $7500 would not cover the price to repair the yard.

Uncomfortable with that, we got a couple others to come out and give us a second and third opinion. Dan came out, found the drain out within a minute in the house, said that his team was more focused on the pipe work rather than cleaning them out. He quoted about half of what Roto Rooter said, but he also hooked me up with the right people for the job. They came out and did an incredible job.

To have someone that is willing to put in the time with someone, without the sole focus of taking money is A. Amazing, and B. Certainly earned my trust for future work. This is how business should be done, focusing on long term relationships built around trust.

Thank you Dan and Team, you saved us literally thousands of dollars. Our plumbing is running perfect and you will not only have a customer for life, but a lifetime advocate for your company.

I contacted several places to unclog my main line, and after jumping through a bunch of annoying hoops with no success with all of them, I called Roto Rooter. They came quick the same day and took care of it. And our service tech, Brian, was great. Much appreciated!

I called this morning for service and Chuck was out by 2pm. He was extremely friendly and professional. Explained everything he was doing and gave me several options on services. I was very satisfied with his service and would highly recommend.

Pedro was very professional, friendly, and great at explaining what the job entailed. Cleaned up the area well. Only reason not a 5 was that the job seemed expensive for the amount of time it took and parts used. Still would recommend them.

I would highly recommend McQuillan Bros for your plumbing needs. I had a major sewer line repair requiring my yard to be dug up. Craig and his team did an awesome job. Craig was very reassuring thru the whole process. He made sure at the end of day one that I had a temporary fix for the night. By the end of day two the repairs were done. I will most definitely be using McQuillan Bros for any future home repairs.

Nick T was a great service technician! He put shoe covers on as soon as he got in our house, was super nice and conversational, and fixed our furnace really fast! He gave us a discount on the price, cleaned part of the furnace ignitor for free, changed the air filter for free, and gave us a 6 month warranty on the repair he did, even though he wasn't supposed to since it was just a band aid fix. He also offered to put salt in our water softener, just because he saw that it was low! Our experience with Saint Paul Plumbing, Heating, and Air was great today! We would definitely recommend the company, and Nick T specifically, to anyone needing their service!

We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.

These guys are awesome! This was the second time they’ve come out to our house. Both experiences were excellent. Great rates, great communication, and 100% professional quality work. They had to correct a lot of mistakes the previous owner of our house made. The entire time Mitch kept me posted on what he was seeing and what work was required.

It feels great having a plumbing company I can trust. I highly recommend them.

Greg is my go to plumber. Has installed new toilets, faucets and a water heater in my house. I have also had him to my house to clean my drain several times. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very accommodating as far as my schedule is concerned and arrived before or on our scheduled appointment time. He works fast and gets the job done very well. I recommend him to everyone.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH!! SHEILA the customer service rep who handles the scheduling and service calls is the most absolutely RUDE AND Unprofessional person i have EVER dealt with through a company that is supposed to be a company who provides a service.
