Excellent job for changing valve for my refrigerator waterline!!!

Our floor drain began backing up while doing a load of laundry. Called Roto Rooter to setup service. A four hour service windowWas setup. Brian showed up at the very start of the established window. Walked me through several scenarios and quoted the job prior to starting. The job was completed within the time he stated and all drains are flowing like expected. Wonderful job.

After receiving a unsatisfactory service from a different plumber Mark came out and was amazing. He was very honest and professional and I will call Dan's Plumbing first from now on. Thank you

After 3 days of trying every possible non-professional tactic to clear our kitchen sinks, I gave up. I called RR early afternoon on a Friday, a technician(Andrew) was out in an hour. He was very kind and pleasant and explained well what needed to be done. Our fully clogged pipe (somewhere in the depths of the walls) was cleared while I sat outside taking a phone call. I really can’t speak to the value compared with others since I was in a pinch, but I am thrilled to have things flowing again. Thanks, Andrew at RR.

Highly recommend this company. They took my call after hours, arrived quickly, and got the back up with my main line diagnosed and fixed quickly. Ran a camera through after the job to be extra thorough and confirm that the lines were clear. Happy they did this because we found a nasty old mouse on camera stuck at a Y in the drain 25 feet in. Took care of that too. Robert was the technician and he was awesome — prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. Reasonable pricing even for after hours rates. No need calling anywhere else for plumbing jobs.

I had a birthday party scheduled in the afternoon and woke up to a water pipe burst right in the morning ..very inconvenient. The lady who took my call was very accommodating and understanding and was able to help me get someone out here asap . Mr. Stephen was great 👍🏼 very helpful . He brought so much tranquility and professionalism. He was able to take care of our issue with great responsibility. I can’t thank him enough ! and Mr. Rooter’s team for the service I’ve received . Jeff G. came to our home to clear our basement floor drain, which was occluded with cat litter. Everything about the scheduling process was a breeze. Had a leak behind the wall for the kitchen sink drain. Called Ken's and they came out the same day.

They performed the repair quickly and efficiently, at a very fair and reasonable price. Now the sink drain is permanently repaired and will not have any future problems.

The guy who came out was friendly and professional. explained what needed to be done, and how long it would take.

Kurt installed a water heater for me in my very small furnace room. He was fast efficient, very courteous and knowledgeable. He checked everything before he started making sure it would be done right. I’m very happy with the work he did.

I love metro! They are always honest and prompt. In fact, this past winter when one company said I needed a new furnace I went to metro for a 2nd opinion. They were honest and said all I needed was a new part (very different outcomes). Thank you metro!

This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.

I called Janecky from a referral through a friend of mine. They took my call, responded to my needs quickly, scheduled an installation same day, dealt with removing my water softener, water meter and other things to get them out of the way in my compact utility room so that they could remove my 13 year old water heater which was behind all of that, then installed the new water heater. They reinstalled all of equipment back to spec and restored our hot water without any leaks all for the exact price quoted to me by phone.

The responsiveness of Alto on a Saturday when we had tree roots in our main sewer line was amazing. Rick was at our house in less than an hour and had the problem solved within a couple of hours. I have their card on my fridge for future issues.

Similar to other reviews (wish I would've seen before calling them) they forced me to sign an agreement for $445 to clear a clog just a few feet beyond the kitchen sink trap. Wait, it gets much worse. They ran the snake through the vent pipe and told me this is a bad clog. I asked how he could tell because the snake was whipping above the roof line. He pulled it back in and jammed it so hard downward that it broke the PVC drain pipe, destroying my bathroom ceiling and insulation with 2 full sinks of water. Two guys stood there while I tore down the drywall to find the break. They said it's not their fault because there was no purple primer showing on the PVC pipe and joint. I told them it's never leaked since 1983 when the home was built and that there's such a thing as clear primer. He denied the existence of clear primer. They left me with a broken pipe and huge mess. Cost to repair was 3 days from my job and over $300 of materials (I did all of the work myself). These guys only care about money. Worst contractor I've hired in 35 years that I've owned properties. The two tenants living in that unit can attest to all of this and were also inconvenienced for 3 straight days. I would give them zero stars if possible.
