Rumpca if a family owned company and they really take care of you like your family...there honest and up front with there prices. They only tell you the things that are wrong vs other big companies that try to break your pockets especially in these times we are in today we need honest and reliable people like the men and woman that work at rumpca....hats off to you guys you will be my 1st go to for any of my heating,cooling and plumbing needs!!

Three stars because the hourly cost is over 400 bucks, which is outrageous, but the actual service was excellent. Our tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and competent.

Was recommended by our realtors Scott and Todd Smith. Very up front and honest about pricing. Made sure to check if we could replace a part before replacing the entire hot water heater. Luckily it was just a new part. Saved us a lot of headache and money in the long run.

Pedro did a fantastic job with a faucet that was out of code. He was thorough in his explanation of the problem and considerate in his determination of cost involved. We appreciated his prompt completion of the necessary job.

I called in the morning when our septic alarm went off. Even though they were extremely busy they came the same afternoon and replaced our pump and had us back up and running by 3 pm. Extremely happy with them.

We have a private well and septic and they were able to work on it, which, if you don’t know, not all plumbers will work on wells and septic. Alan was very friendly and professional. They were super quick getting the job done and showing up on time. They also gave me a military discount which was greatly appreciate it. Overall just a really good experience and no more clogged drain so I feel like it was a win!

Absolutely disappointing and unreliable company. I work with a management company and was referred to Twin City Rooter for an emergency shower repair. Not only did the receptionist fail to return calls 2 different days, but 'Doug' was a no show for the scheduled date and time. After calling the main line and Doug's cell, I never got a response, a call back or rescheduled appointment. Completely unprofessional and I will not be referring them out to other properties.

We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.

Jake has always been very thorough and knowledgeable in his evaluations of my plumbing and remodeling situations. He responds quickly to all questions or problems that I have. He's the best plumber for all people and businesses in the whole Twin Cities!

The repair guy called early and said, Is now a good time? It was! (earlier than we'd booked) He was personable, professional, knew just what to do, and the shower is draining beautifully now. A delighted five stars.

I had a birthday party scheduled in the afternoon and woke up to a water pipe burst right in the morning ..very inconvenient. The lady who took my call was very accommodating and understanding and was able to help me get someone out here asap . Mr. Stephen was great 👍🏼 very helpful . He brought so much tranquility and professionalism. He was able to take care of our issue with great responsibility. I can’t thank him enough ! and Mr. Rooter’s team for the service I’ve received . Tim found the site of the drain issue and cleaned it out quickly. The experience with this company has been professional and courteous. We will use this company again.

I was in dire trouble with my toilet no longer functioning as it should. At a loss who to call, my neighbor suggested TJK as they had used them with good results. I called them Monday morning and they told me that they'd get back to me with info. 20 minutes later they called and had a plumber that would come out to give me an estimate and repair if desired. I jumped at the chance. No more than another 20 minutes later I received a call from Benson, the plumber, asking if it was OK that he came out right now. I answered You most certainly can!.10 minutes later Benson was at my door. This is outstanding and an experience I've never had with any other plumbers service.

The work done was exceptional. Benson was very clean and paid close attention to any spills or detritus created. Benson also cleaned the drain that was causing slow draining. On top of that he was friendly and answered any questions I could come up with.

I will continue to call TJK for any plumbing service in the future.

Highly recommend Gray Duck Plumbing! When setting up my appointment they were punctual and organized. When Dan came in to fix my tub spout he explained what he was doing, why, what my options were for repairs, and was very professional, honest, and kind. As a new homeowner it was incredibly informative and helpful! And the fact that it's local, female, and queer owned is a huge huge bonus! One of my cats was also completely smitten with Dan, so that's a good sign.

Excellent experience. Brian was able to come on a summer weekend, when two other drain companies couldn't come out until Monday. I had a clogged kitchen sink, so that was very helpful.

He cleaned it out, then also mentioned that the way our piping is configured, wasn't optimal. A couple of other people have told me that too, but somehow we hadn't done anything about it.

I asked him whether fixing that was something he could do, and he said he could get the parts and fix it. He went to Home Depot to get the parts and stayed an extra 2 hours to fix it and test everything. I greatly appreciated his work!

He was courteous and communicative, and everything runs much more smoothly now. He said if anything comes up afterwards, to give him a call. I was very pleased. Thank you!!
