Both techs I worked with, Spence Hardy and Jesse Vasterling, were AMAZING. Knowledgeable, incredibly friendly and efficient. They understood and validated the substantial nature of my problem and were sensitive to my concern over both expense and time frame. They reassured me that everything would be taken care of and done right, and if I had any issues before my project, to call and they would come out right away. I would highly recommend them and this company.

Called to discuss options for new water heater. They were very responsive and provided a quote after some discussion. Price was competitive with no hidden charges. Scheduled an installation a week out due to my schedule. They arrived on time and completed install as ordered and were done in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Very pleased with no issues. Would highly recommend.
Referred them to a friend a week later who had a leaking water heater and they installed a new one within 2 days. Friend was very pleased with install and price.

Frank from Ron the Sewer Rat Company call ahead of his arrival and set right to work to clean out our kitchen drain that was slow in draining. He was curtious and fixed 'er up within the time I expected and we were delited with the service. We had used this company before and got top notch service both times. Highly recommend this company.

We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.

Hearing that we needed a new HVAC system wasn't necessarily what I wanted to hear, but having Apollo install an AC system at our previous house, I knew we were in good hands. Our diagnosing technician, Drew, was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain all alternatives as well as answer ALL my questions! Love this company. They are so nice - from the person who books appointments to the plumbers who show up (in my case both times I had issues) the day I called, on time and in a great mood. Diagnosed and fixed both of my separate issues right away. Didn't waste time, good knowledge, followup and prices. I would definitely recommend over and over again. They are the best I have used in the Twin Cities. Oh and very COVID conscious too. AWESOME company.

We had a drain clog backup that caused water to cover our entire basement. I called Ken’s around 6pm and they were over in about 30 minutes. The completed the job in a short time and the price was fair. I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable plumber in the metro area!

Hello, I called Metro for a water spigot problem I had. The hose that was connected to was corroded. So Brian came out from Metro, & he fixed the problem, even though I have a finished basement, he needed to cut holes through the drywall to get to the valve. Brian got the job done, & it took only around an hour & a half. He even taped the walls that needed to be cut. Considering the work he had to do, the bill was not bad. I will use Metro if there is anything else I may need in the future

Had Soderlin come out to evaluate my mini-split. The tech was extremely thoughtful in the evaluating the situation and just charged the service evaluation fee with some advice to do a simple fix. Really appreciated that he didn’t gouge me with what turned out to be a simple filter issue. 👍

The responsiveness of Alto on a Saturday when we had tree roots in our main sewer line was amazing. Rick was at our house in less than an hour and had the problem solved within a couple of hours. I have their card on my fridge for future issues.
